Abstract
Procédé pour le filage de fils partiellement orientés de polyester à haute productivité. Cette amélioration de la productivité est obtenue en utilisant un polymère ayant une viscosité intrinsèque plus grande, une zone chaude située au-dessous de la filière où la solidification du polymère est empêchée, une zone de refroidissement située au-dessous de la zone chaude où les courants sont solidifiés de façon à former des filaments sensiblement en l'absence d'un courant d'air de refroidissement transversal, puis en faisant converger les filaments pour former un fil sur une surface sur laquelle est introduit un produit de finissage de filé liquide. Application au filage de fils en polyester.
