Claims (7)
- 중합체 매트릭스 전체에 분산된 별개의 고무입자를 갖는, 하나이상의 중합가능한 모노비닐리덴 방향 족화합물로부터 유도된 중합체의 연속매트릭스상을 포함하며, 여기서 상기한 별개의 고무입자는 쉘/코어 형태 및 0.1 내지 0.25 마이크로미터(㎛)의 용적평균입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무강화중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무강화중합체가 고무강화중합체의 총량을 기준하여 3 내지 25중량%의 중합된 알카디엔을 포함하는 고무강화중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분산고무입자가 0.1 내지 0.2㎛의 용적평균입자크기를 갖는 고무강화중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고무강화중합체가 고무강화중합체의 총량을 기준하여 5 내지 15중량%의 중합된 알카디엔을 포함하고 분산고무입자가 0.15 내지 0.19마이크로미터의 용적평균입자크기를 갖는 고무강화중합체.
- 하나 이상의 중합가능한 모노비닐리덴방향족화합물과 고무 용액을, 괴상중합혼합물이 상전환되고 계속하여 고무가 사이징된 후 0.1 내지 0.25㎛의 용적평균입자크기를 갖는 쉘/코어형태의 입자로서 고무가 형성되도록하는 조건에서, 괴상중합시키고, 괴상 또는 현탁중합법을 사용하여 중합을 완결시킨 다음, 미처리된 단량체를 제거하고 쉘/코어 고무입자의 중합된 알카디엔을 가교결합시키는데 충분한 조건으로 중합혼합물을 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하여, 제1항의 고무강화중합체제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상전환시에 중합된 알카디엔과 여기서 결합된 중합된 모노비닐리덴방향족 화합물의 총량을 기준하여 적어도 30중량%의 중합된 모노비닐리덴방향족화합물이 중합된 알카디엔에 블록 또는 그라프르로서 결합되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 모노비닐리덴방향족중합체의 분자량이 유기액상 반응회석제 외에는 쇄전이제의 부재하에, 상전환전에, 모노비닐리덴방향족 화합물을 중합시킴으로써 조절되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
