Claims (8)

  1. 기대에 마주보고 설치된 한쌍의 고정대와 하나의 상기 고정대의 내측에 회전할 수 있도록 파지되고 이 고정대 외측에 설치된 구동장치에 의해 180°회전하는 회전대를 구비하고, 이 회전대의 대칭위치에 설치된 복수와 코아의 정지위치에 클램핑장치와 분리장치가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 클램핑장치와 대향하여 상기 고정대측면위에 사출기가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 코어금형의 하나와 클램핑장치측면의 캐비티금형사이의 닫힘에 의해서 형성된 캐비티에 사출성형을 행하는 성형부와 다른 코아금형으로부터 성형품을 떼어내는 분리부가 기대위에 설치되어져 있는 회전식 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기회전대에 형성된 호울을 통해 고정대 내측에 설치된 오목부내로 이동하는 상기 성형부에 위치한 코아금형위에 설치된 런너판이 고정대의 측면에 있는 유압장치에 연결되어 있고, 이 런너판과 코아금형과의 경계에, 코아금형내부에 설치한 수지로와 상기 사출기가 노즐터취된 런너판의 게이트를 접속하는 런너통로를 형성하고, 상기 고정대의 분리금형부에 위치하는 부분에 런너취출용 호울을 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑장치가 다른 고정대위에 설치된 유압작동클램핑실린더와 한쌍의 고정대 위에 설치된 타이바에 의해 유도될때 이동하는 클램핑대에 연결된 클램핑 램으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 코아금형이 코아주위에 나사를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동장치가 유압작동식 혹은 전기작동인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 런너판이 고정대의 외측에 유압실린더를 고정한 유압장치의 피스톤로드에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분리장치가 기대상의 고정부재, 이 고정부재에 나사축을 틀어넣음으로써 이동할 수 있게 연결된 가동부재, 이 가동부재위에 설치된 기어박스와 상기 나사축의 회전에 의해 전진 후퇴 운동을 하는 쳐크장치, 상기 가동부재에 고정된 나사축을 회전하기 위한 모우터들로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 분리장치의 쳐크장치가 가동부재위에 설치된 기어박스, 기어박스내에서 기어와 맞물려 있는 기어박스상에 회전가능하게 설치된 소정수의 실린더들, 각 실린더에서 돌출된 피스톤로드의 선단에 설치되어 레이퍼된 네크(tapered neck)를 갖는 쳐크의 개폐부재, 이 쳐크개폐부재를 둘러싸고 있는 실린더 선단에 있는 원통형커버, 이 원통형 커버내측의 축에 설치되고 스프링압에 의해 피스톤로드의 측면과 항상 접촉하도록 하기 위해 그 후단의 내측에 위치한 캠을 갖고 그 선단내측에 위치한 미끄럼 방지 부재를 갖는 쳐크부재들로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 회전식 사출성형기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 분리장치가 가동부재 후단에 설치된 고정부재 위의 종래의 전기모우터, 상기 모우터에 직접 연결된 나사축, 나사축과 맞물려 있는 내부케이싱과의 내부케이싱과 접촉을 하며 가동부재에 연결된 후단과 닫혀진 선단을 갖는 외부케이싱으로 구성된 나사축 주위의 이중케이싱 가동부재를 당겨 항상 뒤로 돌아가도록 하기 위해 가동부재 후단에 연결된 웨이트들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 회전식 사출성형기.
