Claims (7)
- 기계베드에 고정된기대, 주위단의 다수의 타이로드의 수단에 의하여 상기 기대에 연결되고 상기 기대상부에 위치하는 상부판, 기대와 상부판 사이에 상하이동 가능하게 배치되고 상기 타이로드 가등판을 미끄럼 가능하게 관통하여 삽입된 가동판, 상기 가동판 상부에 클램핑판, 가동판 상부의 중앙위치에 마련된 구동장치에 의하여 소정간격으로 회전가능하고 상기 가동판의 하부에 있는 이송판, 이송판의 하면에 장착된 분할금형으로 구성된 소요수의 고정금형, 반경방향으로 개폐가능한 상기 고정금형, 상기 고정금과 연관하여 닫히는 기대상의 사출공동 및 블로우공동, 이송판과 가동판에 뚫린 구멍으로부터 고정금형과 연관하여 닫히고 상기 클램핑판의 하부측에 장착된 사출코아 및 블로우코아, 클램핑판 상부에 마련된 방출장치와 연신봉 작동장치, 및 상기 상부판 상부에 마련된 클램핑장치, 사출공동에 상응하는 상기 클램핑장치. 여기서 클램핑로드와 클램핑판은 연결되어 있다, 및 가동판 및 기대 또는 타이로드에 마련된 복귀장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신 블로우 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복귀장치가 타이로드상에 마련된 플렌지와 가동판 사이에 내포된 코일스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 사출연신 블로우 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복귀장치가 기대와 가동판과 로드사이에 마련된 유압실린더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 사출연신 블로우 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑판과 상기 클램핑로드가 클랭크장치를 관통하여 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신 블로우 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동장치가 유압 또는 전기력으로 작동되는 것을 특징으로하는 사출연신 블로우 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동장치가 소정의 간격으로 이송판을 회전하기 위한 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 사출 연신장치.
