제3도로부터 제6도는 온조취입 성형장치의 작동을 순차적으로 표시한 종단 정면도.

Claims (4)
- 기반상방에 원반에 의한 이송판을 간헐 회전이 자용롭게 배설하고, 그 이송판의 하측면에 복수의 넥형을 일정간격마다 구비하여 그 넥형의 각 정지위치에 파리손의 사출성형으로부터 성형품의 취출에 필요한조작부를 설치한 사출연신 취입성형기에 사용되는 온조취입 성형장치로서, 상기 성형기의 연신 취입조작부의 기반상에 안내부재를 설치하여 이송판에 대하여 접선방향으로 왕복 동작이 자유롭게 배설한 좌체와 상기 이송판의 반경방향으로 자유스럽게 미끄러져 움직을수 있게 하여 좌체상에 재치된 1쌍의 형조임판과, 그 형조임판을 개폐하는 형조임 실린더와 양 형조임판의 내측에 분할하여 병설된 온조형 및 취입형과 그 2개의 금형을 좌체와 함께 이동하여 상기 연신 취입조작부에 정지한 넥형과 교호로 형닫는 위치로 이동하는 기반과 좌체로 걸쳐 설치된 이동장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 사출연신 취입 성형기에 있어서의 온조 취입 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1쌍의 형조임판의 한쪽은 배부 중앙에 형조임 실린더의 피스톤을 구비하고 다른쪽의 형조임판은 4 모퉁이에 한쪽의 형조임판을 관통하여 그 형조임판의 배부에 돌출한 복수개의 로드와 연결하고, 그 로드에 상기 형조임 실린더를 연결하여 양형조임판을 상호 개폐하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온조 취입 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 이동장치는 상기 기반과 좌체에 걸쳐 연결된 실린더와 피스톤으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온조 취입 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동장치는 기반측에 고정된 모우터와 그 모우터에 의해서 신축작동하는 1쌍의 크랭크아암으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온조 취입 성형장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
