Description
上記プリフォームの胴部肉厚を3.0〜4.5mmの範囲に制限し、上記予備ブローを、上記射出金型及び射出コアから離型後5±0.5秒に、予備ブロー型の温度110〜117℃、予備ブロー時間0.5〜1.0秒に制限して胴部のみ膨張して行い、上記本ブロー成形を、予備ブロー型から離型後3〜4秒に、ブロー型の温度103〜107℃、エアブロー時間6〜9秒に制限して、予後ブロー後のプリフォームを上記ボトルに延伸ブロー成形すると同時に、ボトル胴部及び底部をヒートセットして耐熱性を付与してなる、というものである。
先ずプリフォーム10を射出成形する。射出キャビティ型1と射出コア16の温度はガラス転移点以下の14〜16℃に設定するが、上記ネック型13については、型締により射出キャビティ型1と接触している間に冷却されるので特に温度設定はされていない。

Claims (2)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートのプリフォームを、射出成形時にガラス転移点以下の温度に急冷して、胴部内外の表層が冷却温度と時間との関連から半硬化状態で内部が高温であるうちに射出金型と射出コアの両方から離型し、そのプリフォームを予備ブローしたのち、本ブロー成形により胴部が薄肉で耐熱性を有するボトルに延伸ブロー成形するにあたり、
上記プリフォームの胴部肉厚を3.0〜4.5mmの範囲に制限し、
上記予備ブローを、上記射出金型及び射出コアから離型後5±0.5秒に、予備ブロー型の温度110〜117℃、予備ブロー時間0.5〜1.0秒に制限して胴部のみ膨張して行い、
上記本ブロー成形を、予備ブロー型から離型後3〜4秒に、ブロー型の温度103〜107℃、エアブロー時間6〜9秒に制限して、予後ブロー後のプリフォームを上記ボトルに延伸ブロー成形すると同時に、ボトル胴部及び底部をヒートセットして耐熱性を付与してなることを特徴とする耐熱ボトルの射出延伸ブロー成形方法。 - 上記予備ブロー型は割型で上記プリフォームの胴部外径よりも直径が0.5〜2.75mm大きい予備ブローキャビティを備え、その予備ブローキャビティ内のプリフォームをエアブローにより直径差分だけ膨張して胴部肉厚の偏肉を低減するとともに、ブローキャビティ面との圧接により胴部外表面からの放熱を0.5〜1.0秒抑制してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐熱ボトルの射出延伸ブロー成形方法。
