Abstract
Description
樹脂製の有底のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形工程と、
前記射出成形工程で製造された前記プリフォームを温調する温調工程と、
温調された前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の容器を製造するブロー成形工程と、を有する樹脂製の容器の製造方法であって、
前記温調工程において、
前記プリフォームをキャビティ型に収容し、
前記プリフォームにエア導入部材を気密可能に当接し、
前記エア導入部材の送風口から前記プリフォームの内部にエアを送り、前記エア導入部材の排出口から前記エアを前記プリフォームの外部に排出することで、前記プリフォームを前記キャビティ型の内壁に密着させて前記プリフォームを冷却する。
前記キャビティ型には温調媒体が流されており、
前記温調工程では前記キャビティ型との密着により前記プリフォームを外側から温調し、
前記エア導入部材からのエアの対流により前記プリフォームを内側から冷却する、と好ましい。
樹脂製の有底のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形工程と、
前記射出成形工程で製造された前記プリフォームを温調する温調工程と、
温調された前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の容器を製造するブロー成形工程と、を有する樹脂製の容器の製造方法であって、
前記射出成形工程において、
射出成形用金型が型締めされることで形成される前記プリフォームの形状の空間内に樹脂材料を射出し、
前記樹脂材料の射出が完了してから前記空間内で前記樹脂材料を冷却し、
樹脂材料の射出が完了してから前記空間内で前記樹脂材料を冷却する時間が、前記樹脂材料を射出する時間に対して1/2以下である。

前記プリフォームが、2.0mm以上10.0mm以下である肉厚を有し、
前記容器の縦軸中心線を含む断面の面積の、前記プリフォームの縦軸中心線を含む断面の面積に対する面積倍率が、1.2倍以上10.0倍以下であり、
前記温調工程において、前記プリフォームを内側から冷却する。
以下、本発明の実施形態の一例(第一の実施形態)について、図面を参照して説明する。尚、本図面に示された各部材の寸法は、説明の便宜上、実際の各部材の寸法とは異なる場合がある。まず、図1を参照して、樹脂製の容器10を製造するための成形機20について説明する。図1は成形機20のブロック図である。
以下、第一の実施形態の実施例について説明する。なお、本発明の技術的範囲は本実施例に限定されない。本発明の技術的範囲は、請求の範囲に記載の範囲またはそれと均等の範囲において定められる。
続いて、本発明の実施形態の別の例(第二の実施形態)について、図1、図4および図8〜図10を参照して説明する。第二の実施形態に係る成形機120(図1)は、温調部122の金型ユニット130のキャビティ型131の構成と、ブロー成形部123が備える金型140および第二のエア導入部材150の構成と、が異なる以外は第一の実施形態に係る成形機20と同一の又は似た構成である。したがって、同一の又は似た構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。以下では、第一の実施形態と相違する温調部122とブロー成形部123のみを抜粋して説明する。
Claims (5)
- 樹脂製の有底のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形工程と、
前記射出成形工程で製造された前記プリフォームを温調する温調工程と、
温調された前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の容器を製造するブロー成形工程と、を有する樹脂製の容器の製造方法であって、
前記温調工程において、
前記プリフォームをキャビティ型に収容し、
前記プリフォームにエア導入部材を気密可能に当接し、
前記エア導入部材の送風口から前記プリフォームの内部にエアを送り、前記エア導入部材の排出口から前記エアを前記プリフォームの外部に排出することで、前記プリフォームを前記キャビティ型の内壁に密着させて前記プリフォームを冷却する、樹脂製の容器の製造方法。 - 前記キャビティ型には温調媒体が流されており、
前記温調工程では前記キャビティ型との密着により前記プリフォームを外側から温調し、
前記エア導入部材からのエアの対流により前記プリフォームを内側から冷却する、
請求項1に記載の樹脂製の容器の製造方法。 - 樹脂製の有底のプリフォームを収容するキャビティ型と、
前記プリフォームに気密可能に当接されてエアを前記プリフォームの内部に送るエア導入部材と、を備える、プリフォームの温調工程に使用される金型ユニットであって、
前記エア導入部材は、
前記エアを前記プリフォームの内部に送る送風口と、
前記エアを前記プリフォームの外部へ排出する排出口と、
を備える、金型ユニット。 - 前記キャビティ型は割型ではない固定式の構造である、請求項3に記載の金型ユニット。
- 射出成形部と、温調部と、ブロー成形部とを備え、
前記温調部が、請求項3または請求項4に記載の金型ユニットを備える、
ブロー成形機。
