Claims (3)
- 저면의 3위치에 립 금형이 설치된 이송판이 상기 이송판과 성형기 베드 사이에 작업 공간이 형성되도록베드상에 단속적으로 회전 가능하도록 설치되고, 상기 베드의 3위치 3작업부, 즉 사출 성형부, 연신 취입 성형부 및 취출부로 이용되고, 상기 사출 성형부는 수직형 체결장치 및 그위에 설치된 사출 금형을 가지고, 상기 연신 취입 성형부는 취입금형 및 연신 취입 성형에 필요한 여러장치를 가지며, 상기 취출부는 성형품을 해제시키는 해제 장치를 가지고, 사출장치는 상기 성형장치에 대하여 베드의 길이를 따라 배치된 회전식 사출 취입 성형기에 있어서, 상기 사출 성형부는 성형기 베드 상에 옆으로 설치되고, 상기 연신 취입부는 베드의 안쪽에 위치하여, 상기 사출 성형부의 체결 장치는 베드의 길이를따라 위치하여 수직으로 설치되고, 상기 사출 금형은 베드의 측면 가장자리와 평행하게 상기 체결 장치의 중심부에 위치하며, 상기 사출장치는 체결장치의 체결 중심에서 타이 바아의 축에 비하여 경사지게 교차되는 사출 금형의 중심선에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형기 베드 상에서 베이스판이 설치되고, 베이스 판의 위에서 원형 이송판이 저면에설치된 지지판에는 지지 칼럼과 체결 장치의 타이 바아가 삽입되는 상하로 움직일 수 있으며, 상기 지지판의 상면 중심부에는 강제 덮개 부재로 덮힌 이송판의 단속 회전 장치가 설치되고, 덮개 부재의 중심부에는 상하로 이동하는 실린더의 로드가 연결되머, 상기 지지판은 단속 회전 장치와 함께 상하로 이동하는 성형기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사출 금형은 핫 러너 블록(hot runner block)상의 립 금형과 근접한 2열의 평행한 중공금형을 가지고, 양 중공 금형으로 용융 수지를 공급하는 핫 러너는 하부의 핫 러너 블록의 중심부에서 2부분으로 분기되며, 게이트가 금형 축에 설치되는 성형기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
