Abstract

PURPOSE:To obain a high precision blow molded product with a simple structure by arranging a parison providing station, a temperature regulating station, a blow stretching station and a product discharging station almost on the horizontal surface and providing a die for molding a parison neck screw part and its supporting frame so that they can circulate around these stations. CONSTITUTION:Molten plastics is injected by an injector 51 and at an injection molding station 52 a die 53 for molding a parison neck screw part is supported by a supporting frame 54, a parison is caught by the die 53 at its neck and moved to a parison temperature control station 55, a stretching station 56 and a product discharging station 57. Die clamping force is given by a tie rod 58 at the molding station 52. The injection molding station only is inserted in the inside of the tie rod 58 and accordingly a full room is reserved for the working space.
