Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded article having a protruded wall of uniform wall thickness inside, by lowering a parison into a mold, clamping the mold and protruding a slide core inside of the mold, then blow molding. CONSTITUTION:A parison 5 is lowered between an upper mold 1 of a blow molding mold and a lower mold 2 to which a slide core 3 having a tapered tip part 3a is arranged to come in and out freely and clamping of molds is done, at the same time an air blowing needle 4 for molding is made to stick inside of the parison 5. Then, at the same time as air for molding is blown from the needle 4 into the parison 5, or just before or right after that blow molding is done, the slide core 3 being protruded, and a protruded wall 6 stretching inside is formed. By this the highly protruded wall which is wide and useful as a wave blocking member can be shaped inside of a thermoplastic resin made thank which is used for a steam iron etc.
