제1도는 본 발명에 따른 사출성형기의 한 형태의 구조 전체를 나타내는 측면도. 제2도는 제1도에 표시된 사출성형기의 평면도. 제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 표시된 사출성형기의 주요부와 금형의 세부를 설명하는 확대 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 고정 금형부착판에 한줄로 고정되고 서로 평행되게 횡으로 배열된 여러개의 고정금형, 상기 각각의 고정금형과 결합되면 한개이상의 성형공동을 형성하는 가동금형, 가동 금형부착판에 장착되어 있고 고정금형에 평행되는 방향의 선상으로 가동금형을 슬라이드 시킬수 있는 통로가 형성된 금형홀더, 각각의 고정금형에 접근 혹은 이탈될 수 있도록 되어있는 복수의 사출기구와, 가동금형을 금형홀더상의 통로를 따라서 고정금형중의 한개와 마주보는 위치로 이동시키는 이동기구로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 사출성형기.
  2. 제 1 항에 기술된 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기 가동금형의 상기 금형홀더의 고정금형쪽을 향하는 끝표면이 상기 고정금형 쪽으로 약간 돌출되어 있음을 특징으로하는 사출성형기.
  3. 제 2 항에 기술된 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기 가동금형의 돌출부의 크기가 금형홀더로부터 0.05mm이하가 되는것을 특징으로하는 사출성형기.
  4. 제 1 항에 기술된 사출성형기에 있어서, 한개 또는 둘이상의 가동금형이 상기 금형홀더의 통로에 배열되어 있어서 가동금형과 고정금형의 클램핑이 동시에 복수로 이루어질 수 있는것을 특징으로하는 사출성형기.
