제3도는 금형유니트의 종래예를 표시하는 종단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 그 조성에 있어서 선정된 두개의 대향하는 위치에 각각 사면과 금형온도 조절유로(26a, 26b, 28a, 28b)를 가지는 캐비티부(11a)와 코어부(11b)로 형성된 성형금형과 서로 대향하는 배치에서 캐비티부(11a) 및 코어부(11b)로 형성되는 성형금형을 보호유지하도록 되어 있는 고정측 금형지지부재(14) 및 가동측 금형지지부재(13)와 상기 각 금형지지부재(13)(14)는 서로 대향하는 점으로 접합된 성형금형부(12)를 접촉하기 위한 복수의 활동 가능한 금형 고정구(16a)(16b)를 가지며, 상기 각 서로 대향하는 취부용 경사면(17b)과 보완적인 관계로서 조임면을 가지며, 조임면의 표면에는 유로가 개설되고, 그리하여 상기 각 금형고정구의 유로가 고정측 및 가동측 금형지지부재(14)(13)에 고착될때에 금형온도 조절유로와 연통하여 설치하여서된 수지성형용 금형유니트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정측 및 가동측 금형지지부재(14)(13)는 상관적으로 두터운 판자의 형태이고, 각 판자는 가동너트(22)를 활동자재로 지지하기 위하여 양단에 세로홈(21a)(21b)를 가지며, 상기 각 금형고정구는 바닥에 세로구멍(23)을 가지며, 금형고정구를 통하여 연신하고, 금형고정구의 바닥으로부터 나타나는 보울트(18)와 금형고정구의 상기 세로구멍(23)에서 상기 보울트(18)을 에워싼 코일스프링(19)과 각 금형고정구는 홈안에 수장된 너트와 배합된 보울트(18)로 연합된 금형지지 부재에 고착되는 수지사출성형용 금형유니트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 상술한 고정측 금형지지부재(14)와 가동측 금형지지부재(13)은 그 속에 키이(24a, 24b)를 수장하고 그로 인하여 상기 금형의 캐비티부(11a)와 코어부(11b)는 그 배면에 키이홈(25a, 25b)를 가지게 되는 수지성형용 금형유니트.
