Claims (4)

  1. 기대에 장착된 사출장치와 주형체결 장치로 구성된 가로식 사출성형기에 있어서; 사출장치가 설치된 기대위의 상부표면에 이동 가능하게 제공된 시이트플레이트와, 주형 체결장치의 방향으로 상기 시이트플레이트를 안내하도록 기대의 상부표면에 고정된 다수의 부재와, 사출장치와 히터의 하부에 형성된 공간에 배치되고 상기 시이트 플레이트 위에 배치되어 고정되고 상기 사출장치를 따라 이동 가능하게 기대 위에 제공된 분전반으로 구성되고, 상기 사출장치는 상기 시이트 플레이트 위에 배치되어 고정되고 기대위에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사출장치는 베드시이트로서 유압배관 블럭과 함께 상기 시이트 플레이트 위에 배치되어 고정되고, 내부에는 다수의 유압통로와 노즐접촉 유압실린더를 갖고 있고, 상기 유압실린더는 기대의 상부측면에 축에 의해 회전가능하게 장착된 부재에 연결된 피스톤로드를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 플레이트는 상기 유압배관 블럭내에 수용된 유압실린더에 의해서 사출장치와 분전반을 따라 전후로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 플레이트는 상기 가이드부재에 의해 제한이 해제될 때 상기 사출장치와 상기 분전반과 함께 상기 피스톤로드의 후단을 지지하는 부재의 축둘레로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
