Abstract

La machine comporte un support rotatif 1 sur lequel sont montés des cylindres d'injection coopérant avec des vérins hydrauliques. Un plongeur 18 et une buse 17 sont montés dans le cylindre d'injection de manière à pouvoir se déplacer axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le vérin hydraulique est relié directement au plongeur 18, qui se trouve en prise avec la buse 17 au moment de leur contact Le cylindre d'injection est muni de rainures circulaires intérieures 24, 25 dont lune est reliée à un dispositif de plastication. Dans la buse 17 sont ménagés des canaux 21, 22 pour la mise en communication de l'enceinte 19 formée entre le plongeur 18 et la buse 17, avec l'orifice de sortie de la buse, par l'intermédiaire d'un des canaux circulaires 24, 25.
