Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un injecteur de combustible destiné à fournir directement du combustible à une chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, l'injecteur comprenant un clapet mobile à l'intérieur d'un alésage, un siège dans l'alésage, la forme du clapet lui permettant de coopérer avec ledit siège pour commander la circulation du combustible à travers un orifice de sortie, des moyens élastiques rappelant le clapet en contact avec le siège, une surface étant définie sur le clapet, sur laquelle peut s'exercer la pression du combustible pour soulever le clapet de son siège. L'injecteur selon l'invention comprend un générateur à cristaux piézoélectriques placé de façon à être soumis à un impact, soit directement par le clapet, soit indirectement par un élément déplacé par le clapet lorsque ce dernier s'écarte de son siège.
