Claims (1)
- 소정길이를 유지하는 지지틀(1) 상단에 전후로 안내레일(2)(2a)을 고정시켜 안내레일을 따라 수평으로 왕복되게 대차(8)를 설치하고 지지틀(1)에는 일측으로부터 탈형대(3)와 가열대(7) 및 코팅부를 형성하되 코팅부에는 고품위 코티드 샌드 회수통(15)과 저품위 코티드 샌드 회수통(17)을 구분되게 장치하여 코티드 샌드 위치에는 각각 고품위 코티드 샌드(18)와 저품위 코티드 샌드(19)를 수용하는 코티드 샌드 공급통(14)(16)을 장치하여 낙하공에 각각 개폐기(14b)(16b)를 장치하고, 회수통(15)(17)과 공급통(14)(16)사이에 각각 공급관(14a)(16a)을 가설하여 순환식으로 사용할 수 있게하고 대차(8)위에는 금형판(9)을 회전가능케 장치하여 일측면에 금형(10)을 부착하고 금형판(9) 외주에 직4각형 통으로된 안내틀(13)을 착탈케하며 탈형대(3)에는 안내공(3a)을 따라 승강되는 탈형돌기(4a)가 있는 승강판(4)을 승강작동간(5)에 연결하여 답판(6)으로 승강시킬 수 있도록 한 주조용 쉘 모울드(Shell Mould) 조형기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
