제2도는 상기 성형장치에서 주형(鑄型) 이 경사진 상태를 나타내는 도면.
Claims (5)
- 주형(40,175)에 이장을 주입하고, 이장중의 수분을 주형밖으로 배출하고, 주형 성형면에 착육(着肉)시켜서 성형체(W)를 형성하는 성형 스테이션(10,110)과 그 성형 스테이션(10,110)과는 별개로 설치됨과 동시에 성형체 반송조형(42,178)에서 상기 성형체(W)를 분리시키는 탈형 스테이션(20,120)을 갖추어서 되는 이장 주입 성형 장치(1,100).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형장치(1,100)는 상기 성형스테이션(10,110)과 탈형 스테이션(20,120)과의 사이에 걸쳐진 레일(13,22,172,171)과, 그 레일 상을 수평이동 가능한 상기 성형체 반송주형(42,178)을 지지하는 주형 이동 대차(30,180)를 더 설치하는 이장 주입 성형장치(1,100).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 레일(13,22,172,171)은 상기 성형 스테이션(10,110)에 고정 설치된 제1의 레일(13,172)과, 상기 탈형 스테이션(20,120)에 고정 설치된 제2레일(22,171)에 분리 가능하게한 이중 주입 성형장치(1,100).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주형(40,175)은 상측의 제1주형(40) 및 하측의 제2주형(175)으로 되며, 상기 성형장치(100)는 상기 제1주형(40) 및 제2주형(175)이 상하로 떨어져 설치되느 프레임(112)과, 기 제1주형(40)과 제2주형(175)과의 사이에 세로로 놓여지게 개설(介設)된 공용주형결합 실린더(134)를 더 설치하는 이장 주입 성형장치(100).
- 제1주형(40) 및 제2주형(175)과, 상기 제1주형(40) 및 제2주형(175)이 상하로 떨어져 설치되는 프레임(112)과, 상기 제1주형(40)과 제2주형(175)과의 사이에 세로로 놓여지게 개설된 공용의 주형결합 실린더(134)를 갖추어서된 이장 주입 성형장치(100).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
