제4도는 금형 체결상태의 평면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 한조씩 쌍을 이루는 2조의 체결판이 저판 위에서 상기 타이바아를 지나 타이바아에 의하여 연결된 한쌍의 고정판 사이에 설치되고, 분할 금형형태의 취입금형이 각 체결판의 조에 장착되어 2조의 취입금형이 개폐될 수 있도록 고정판 사이에 배치되며, 외측체결 실린더가 양 고정판의 위치에 설치된 체결 장치에 있어서, 저판의 아래에서 상하로 이동할 수 있는 지지장치, 상기 저판을 통하여 연장되어 2조의 체결판 사이에 배치되는 중간판과 각 고정판 및 체결판 사이에 배치되는 측판이 구비된 좌판, 상기 중간판의 반대편 측면에 설치되어 상기 외측 체결 실린더에 대응되는 여러개의 내측 체결 실린더, 지지장치의 양측판은 통과하여 상기 외측 체결 실린더에 대응되도록 설치된 여러개의 중계램 및 각 조의 체결판에 걸쳐 설치된 개폐 실린더가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 취입금형의 체결장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐 실린더는 동시 작동하는 피스톤 로드를 양 단부에 가지며, 이 실린더는 타이바아에 연결되고 피스톤 로드는 2조의 체결판에 각각 연결된 취입금형의 체결장치.
