제3도는 상기 PROM의 구체적 예를 도시한 회로도.

Claims (4)

  1. 다음 사항을 포함하는 기억장치.
    (1) 주메명리셀(C14,C15,C17,C18)
    (2) 검사 메모리셀(C11,C12,C13,)
    (3) 어드레르 회로(Ⅳ11,Ⅳ12,Ⅳ13,Ⅳ14,A21,A22,A23,M1,M2,M3)
    (4) 상기 어드레스 회로의 동작에 의해, 메모리셀 중의 소정의 어드레스의 셀의 정보를 출력하기 위한 출력 버퍼(N1)
    (5) 제어 입력 신호의 레벨에 응답해서, 상기 출력 버퍼의 정보 출력 동작을 금지하기위한 제어 회로(13), 그리고,
    (6) 상기 제어 입력 신호의 레벨에 마찬가지로 응답해서, 상기 검사 메모리 셀의 소정의 어드레스의 셀을 선택하기 위한 검사 어드레스 회로(Ⅳ15,Ⅳ16)
  2. 특허 청구의 범위 제1항의 기억 장치에 있어서, 상기 제어 입력 신호가 제 1레벨 일때에, 상기 출력 버퍼의 정보 출력 동작이 금지되고, 상기 제어 입력 신호가 제 2레벨 일때에, 상기 출력 버퍼는 소정의 어드레스의 셀의 정보를 출력하고, 상기 제어 입력 신호가 제 3레벨 일때에, 상기 검사 어드레스 회로(Ⅳ15,Ⅳ16)은 상기 검사 메모리 셀의 소정 어드레스의 셀을 선택한다.
  3. 특히 청구의 범위 제2항의 기억 장치에 있어서, 상기 주 메모리 셀은 프로그레머블 ROM이다.
  4. 특히 청구의 범위 제3항의 기억장치에 있어서, 상기 제어 입력 신호는 칩 세렉트용의 입력단자(T1)으로 부터 공급된다.
