Claims (12)

  1. 작용이 단일 장치와 더불어 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 용매의 혼합으로 습윤 처리하고 과립화-건조화 수행되는 농축된 발포제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 바닦 유동 성분에 따른 장치가 마지막 건조화에 작동시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 장치가 과립화-건조화에 작동시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1~3항중 어느 한 항에 따라 다음의 작동을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    (1) 반응성 선혼합물
    (2) 공기에 의한 바닦의 유동성을 유지하기 위해 용매(습윤)를 1~6% 무개비로 분무화
    (3) 약 60~70°C로 공기를 가열하여 바닦유동성을 지속시켜 건조화.
  5. 제1~4항중 어느 한 항에 따라, 다음의 혼합성분을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    -혼합비등
    -중탄산 나트륨
    -구연산
    -글리코올(필요하다면) 및 용매는 탈광물질화된 물이다.
  6. 제1~4항중 어느 한 항에 따라, 과립화를 위한 혼합물이 다음 식을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    -파라세타몰
    -탄산 제1 나트륨
    -탄산 제1 칼륨
    -소트비롤
    -무수 시트브산
    -아스도르브산 및 용매는 물과 마녹솔 용액이다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 특히 상기 언급된 구성장치를 특징으로 하는 방법.
    -혼합방법
    -용매유입방법
    -온도조절방법
    - 진공을 거는 방법 및 진조화는 진공을 거는 장치와 더불어 얻어진다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열 교환 깔데기를 통과한 과립을 재냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 날이있는 회전판을 작동시켜 일정하게 혼합시키고 진공을 걸어 용매를 일정한 비유로 흡인유입하거나 또는 펌프에 의해 분무화 공급하고 냉각유채를 순환시키거나 또는 이 중의 덮개로 온도를 일정하게 조절시키는 방법을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 원료분말이 다음과 같음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    -파라세타몰
    -비타민C
    -중탄산나트륨
    -구연산
    -중탄산칼륨
    -소트비톨
  11. 제7항에 있어서 다음의 제제 성분이 혼합 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    -칼슘 카바살레이트
    -리신 카르바메이트
    -구연산
    -방향족
    -PEG(폴리에틸렌글리콜)
    -암모늄 삭카리네이트
    즉, 혼합 및 과립화의 기능을 폐기할 수 있고, 건조, 혼합화-과립화-건조화 기능을 유지할 필요가 없다.
  12. 제1~11항 중 어느 한항에 따른 방법을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 특이한 장치.
