Claims (2)
- 구조식 MgX2인 하나이상의 마그네슘 화합물 및 구조식Ti(OR)aXb인 하나이상의 티탄 화합물을 전자 공여화합물내에서 전구물질 조성물의 용액이 형성되도록 하나이상의 전자공여화합물에 용해하여 구조식 MgmTi1(OR)nXp[ED]q의 전구물질 조성물을 형성시킨 후 상기 전구물질 조성물을 상기 용액으로부터 회수하고(여기에서 마그네슘, 티탄화합물 및 전자공여화합물은 m,n,p 및 q치를 만족시키는데 요하는 량이 사용됨), 전자공여용액으로부터 전구물질조성물을 회수하기 전 또는 후에 다공성 지지체상에 전구물질 조성물을 함침시킨다음, 전구물질 조성물내의 Ti 몰당구조식 Al(R˝)cX1 dHe의 활성화합물 〉0 내지 〈 10몰로 상기 전구물질 조성물을 부분적으로 활성화함에 있어서, 활성화는 전자공여용액으로부터 상기 함침된 전구물질 조성물을 회수한 후에 수행하고 상기 지지체로서는 입자크기 분포가 2 내지 80마이크론, 평균 입자크기 20 내지 50마이크론인 실리카를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.상기 구조식에서R은 탄소수 1 내지 14의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 COR1(여기에서 R1은 탄소수 1 내지 14의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기임)이고X는 Cl, Br, I 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택되고 ED는 전자공여화합물로서 상기 마그네슘화합물 및 티탄화합물이 용해되는 액체 유기화합물 즉 지방족 및 방향족 카복실산의 알킬 에스테르, 지방족 에테르, 환상 에테르 및 지방족 케톤에서 선택되고m은 ≥ 0.5 내지 ≤ 56이고n은 0.1 또는 2 이고p는 ≥ 2 내지 ≤116이고q는 ≥ 2 내지 ≤85이고a는 0,1 또는 2이고b는 1 내지 4이며a+b는 3 또는 4이고X´는 Cl 또는 OR˝´이고R˝ 및 R˝´는 같거나 다르며 탄소수 1 내지 14의 포화 탄화수소기이고d는 0 내지 1.5이고e는 1 또는 0이며c+d+e는 3이다.
- 모노머를 에틸렌 몰당 약 0 내지 2.0몰 수소존재하에 가스상 반응대에서 구조식 MgmTi1(OR)nXp인 전구물질 조성물(여기에서 전구물질은 다공성 지지체에 함침하며 전구물질 조성물내의 Ti몰당 구조식 Al(R˝)cXd´He의 활성화 화합 물〉0 내지 <10몰로 반응기 외부에서 부분적으로 활성화한다음 상기 전구물질 조성물내의 Ti 몰당 상기 활성화화합물 ≥10 내지 ≤400몰로 상기 반응기내에서 완전히 활성화시킴)로 구성된 촉매조성몰입자와 반응시켜 에틸렌을 하나이상의 탄소수 3 내지 8의 α-올 레핀과 약 30 내지 105℃의 온도에서 공중합시킴에 있어서 상기 지지체로서 입자크기분포가 20 내지 80마이크론, 평균입자 크기가 20 내지 50마이크론인 실리카를 사용하여 개선된, 가스상에서 압력 〈1000psi 하에 반응기내에서 Ti 함유 촉매로 밀도가 ≥0.91 내지 ≤0.94이고 입상형태인 에텔렌코폴리머를 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서R은 탄소수 1 내지 14의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 COR1(여기에서 R1는 탄소수 1 내지 14의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기임)이고,X는 Cl, Br, I 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택되고ED는 전자공여화합물로서 상기 마그네슘화합물 및 티탄화합물이 용해되는 액체유기화합물 즉 지방족 및 방향족 카복실산의 알킬 에스테르, 지방족 에테르, 환상 에테르 및 지방족 케톤에서 선택되고m은 ≥ 0.5 내지 ≤ 56이고n은 0.1 또는 2 이고p는 ≥ 2 내지 ≤116이고q는 ≥ 2 내지 ≤85이고X´는 Cl 또는 OR˝´이고R˝ 및 R˝´는 같거나 다르며 탄소수 1 내지 14의 포화 탄화수소기이고d는 0 내지 1.5이고e는 1 또는 0이며c+d+e는 3이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
