Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE CATALISADOR NãO SUPORTADOPRé-ATIVADO TENDO UMA DADA CONCENTRAçãO EMéTODOS PARA USá-LAS". Composições de catalisador nãosuportado reativado e métodos para usá-las são divulgados pormeio dos quais as composições têm concentração de catalisadorpré-ativado de pelo menos cerca de 0,04 mmol de catalisadorpré-ativado por litro de solução quando usando solventes dehidrocarboneto alifático ou alicíclico, e uma concentração menorque cerca de 0,080 mmol/litro quando usando solventesaromáticos ou substituídos com halogênio. No método, umprecursor de catalisador não suportado primeiro é contatado comum ativador, ou co-catalisador, em um meio de reação adequado,e então a mistura resultante é contatada com solvente adicionalpara formar uma composição de catalisador de polimerização deolefina não suportado pré-ativado que pode ser alimentada a umreator de polimerização em fase gasosa sem entupir o bico deinjeção de catalisador. Combinar o precursor de catalisador nãosuportado, o co-catalisador e então acrescentar solvente adicionalpara prover tal composição impede entupimento de tubo, e provêum material catalisador que tem alta atividade, evita formarquantidades significativas de aglomerados de polímero, e evitaincrustação do reator.
