Claims (6)

  1. 모나스쿠스 앙카(Monascus anka) SANK 10171(IFO 6540), 모나스쿠스 파아푸르스(Monascus purpureus) SANK 10271(IFO 4513), 모나스쿠스 러버(Monascus rubber) SANK 10671(FERM 4958), 모나스쿠스 비트류우스(Monascus vitreus) SANK 10960(FERM 4960), 모나스쿠스 팍시이(Monascus paxii) SANK 11172(IFO 8201), 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 13778(FERM 4959), 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 15177(FERM 4956) 또는 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 18174(FERM 4957) 등의 모나스쿠스 속균 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 모나스쿠스 균주를 배양하여 배지로부터 모나콜린 K를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모나콜린 K의 제조 방법.
  2. 상기 배양을 7내지 40℃의 온도 범위하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
  3. 상기 배양을 20내지 30℃의 온도 범위하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
  4. 모나스쿠스 속균이 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 15177균주이고, 23내지 30℃의 온도 범위하에서 배양을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
  5. 모나스쿠스 균주가 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 10671(FERM 4958), 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 13778(FERM 4959), 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 15177(FERM 4956) 또는 모나스쿠스 러버 SANK 18174(FERM 4957) 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 모나스쿠스 속균의 순수한 생물학적 배양액.
