Claims (5)
- 서열 번호: 17, 18, 141 또는 142의 시르투인 3(SIRT3) 천연 안티센스 서열에 상보적인 15개 내지 30개 뉴클레오티드 길이의 합성 올리고뉴클레오티드에 있어서, 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 시르투인 3(SIRT3)의 발현을 증가시키는 안티센스 화합물이고, 그리고 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 서열 번호: 88, 95, 96, 98, 99, 100, 102, 126 및 127에 제시된 뉴클레오티드 서열 중 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서,
a. 올리고뉴클레오티드는 siRNA 화합물이거나; 또는
