Claims (22)
- 무기 질화물이 알데하이드 화합물로 표면 수식된, 표면 수식 무기물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알데하이드 화합물이 하기 일반식 I로 나타나는 화합물인, 표면 수식 무기물;
ZZ-XX-CHO 일반식 I
식 중, ZZ는 아미노기, 싸이올기, 수산기, 아이소사이아네이트기, 카복실기, 무수 카복실산기, 옥세탄일기, 옥시란일기, (메트)아크릴레이트기, 및 수소 원자로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 기를 나타내고, XX는 2가의 연결기를 나타낸다. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 알데하이드 화합물이 비축합 단환 방향환을 2개 이상 포함하거나, 또는 단환 방향환이 3개 이상 축합한 축합환을 포함하는 구조를 갖는, 표면 수식 무기물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 알데하이드 화합물이, 단환 방향환이 3개 이상 축합한 축합환을 포함하는 구조를 갖는, 표면 수식 무기물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 질화물이 붕소, 알루미늄 또는 규소를 포함하는, 표면 수식 무기물. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 무기 질화물이 질화 붕소인, 표면 수식 무기물. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 무기 질화물이 질화 알루미늄인, 표면 수식 무기물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 수식이 상기 무기 질화물 표면에 알데하이드 화합물이 공유 결합하는 것에 근거하는 수식인, 표면 수식 무기물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면 수식 무기물과 옥세탄일기, 옥시란일기, 및 (메트)아크릴레이트기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 기를 갖는 모노머를 포함하는, 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 모노머가 옥시란일기를 갖는, 수지 조성물. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 알데하이드 화합물이 아미노기, 싸이올기, 수산기, 아이소사이아네이트기, 카복실기, 및 무수 카복실산기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 기를 갖는, 수지 조성물. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
아미노기, 싸이올기, 수산기, 아이소사이아네이트기, 카복실기, 및 무수 카복실산기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 기를 갖는 경화제를 포함하는, 수지 조성물. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 알데하이드 화합물이 옥시란일기를 갖는, 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면 수식 무기물을 포함하는, 열전도 재료.
- 청구항 9 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물의 경화물을 포함하는, 열전도 재료.
- 청구항 14 또는 청구항 15에 있어서,
시트 형상인 열전도 재료. - 청구항 16에 있어서,
방열 시트인 열전도 재료. - 청구항 14 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열전도 재료를 포함하는, 디바이스.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면 수식 무기물을 포함하는, 윤활제.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면 수식 무기물의 제조 방법으로서,
무기 질화물에 알데하이드 화합물을 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 청구항 20에 있어서,
상기 접촉이 무기 질화물 및 알데하이드 화합물을 포함하는 용액을 교반함으로써 행해지는, 제조 방법. - 청구항 21에 있어서,
상기 용액의 용매가, 아세트산 에틸, 메틸에틸케톤 또는 다이클로로메테인인, 제조 방법.
