Claims (16)
- a) 하기 일반식 (1) 내지 (3) 중 어느 것으로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 중합체 및/또는 그들 구조의 공중합체를 포함하는 수지,
b) 염기성 화합물
을 함유하는 수지 조성물.
(상기 일반식 (1) 중, R1은 탄소수 4 내지 30의 2 내지 6가의 유기기를 나타낸다. R2는 탄소수 4 내지 30의 2가의 유기기를 나타낸다. X는 술폰산기, 수산기 또는 카르복실기를 나타낸다. p는 1 내지 4의 정수를 나타낸다. n은 2 내지 100,000의 범위를 나타낸다.)

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1) 중의 R1-(X)p, 일반식 (2) 중의 R3-(Y)q 및 일반식 (3) 중의 R5-(Z)r 중 20몰% 이상이 하기 일반식 (4) 또는 (5)로 표시되는 구조를 갖는, 수지 조성물.
(상기 일반식 (4) 중, R7은 할로겐 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 1가의 유기기를 나타낸다. s는 0 내지 3의 정수를 나타낸다. t는 1 또는 2를 나타낸다.)
(상기 일반식 (5) 중, R8 내지 R9는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 1가의 유기기를 나타낸다. u, v는 0 내지 3의 정수를 나타낸다. w 및 x는 각각 독립적으로 1 또는 2를 나타낸다. R10은 단결합, O, S, NH, SO2, CO 혹은 탄소수 1 내지 3의 2가의 유기기 또는 그들이 2 이상 연결되어 이루어지는 2가의 가교 구조이다.) - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물이 용매에 용해 또는 분산되어 있는 결합제 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 물을 주성분으로 하는, 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물, 및 필러를 포함하는 슬러리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 필러가 탄소, 망간, 코발트, 니켈, 철, 실리콘, 티타늄, 주석 및 게르마늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 포함하는, 슬러리.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 필러가 규소 및 산화규소를 합계로 필러 전체를 100질량%로 하여 10질량% 이상 포함하는, 슬러리.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필러가 티타늄산리튬을 포함하는, 슬러리.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필러가 물 또는 수용성의 용매에 분산되어 있는, 슬러리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물 및 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 필러를 함유하는, 필러 함유 수지막.
- 제12항에 기재된 필러 함유 수지막이 정극 및 부극 중 적어도 어느 것에 배치되어 있는, 2차 전지용 전극 또는 캐패시터용 전극.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 슬러리를 지지 기판 상의 편면 또는 양면에 도포하여 도포막을 형성하는 공정, 및 상기 도포막을 건조하는 공정을 포함하는, 필러 함유 수지막의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 필러 함유 수지막을, 정극 및 부극 중 적어도 어느 것에 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 2차 전지용 전극 또는 캐패시터용 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 정극 및 부극이, 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 교대로 복수 적층되어 있는, 2차 전지 또는 캐패시터.
