Abstract
상기 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름은 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 유닛을 갖고, 전체 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 100 몰% 중 비정질 성분이 될 수 있는 1종 이상의 모노머 유래의 구성 유닛이 18 몰% 이상, 부탄디올 유래의 구성 유닛이 1~25 몰% 이상 포함되어 있는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로서, 이차 수축률, 온탕 열수축률, 유리 전이 온도 전후의 가역 열용량차가 특정 범위를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
도 2는 실시예 1과 비교예 2의 필름의 온도 변조 DSC로 측정한 가역 열용량 곡선이다.
도 3은 실시예 1과 비교예 4의 필름의 온도 변조 DSC로 측정한 가역 열유속과 비가역 열유속이다.
도 4는 실시예 1의 필름의 온도 변조 DSC로 측정한 비가역 열유속과 그의 미분 곡선이다.
도 5는 직각 인열 강도 측정에 있어서 시험편의 형상을 나타내는 설명도이다(또한, 도면 중 시험편 각 부분의 길이의 단위는 ㎜이며, R은 반지름을 의미한다).
도 6은 수축성 필름으로 제작한 라벨을 금형에 장착(수축 전)했을 때의 모식도이다.

Claims (7)
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 유닛을 갖고, 전체 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 100 몰% 중 비정질 성분이 될 수 있는 1종 이상의 모노머 유래의 구성 유닛이 18 몰% 이상, 부탄디올 유래의 구성 유닛이 1~25 몰% 포함되어 있는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로서, 하기 요건 (1)~(3)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
(1) 사전에 100℃로 보온한 노(爐) 내에 필름을 삽입하여 일차 수축시킨 후, 거기에서 25℃까지 냉각했을 때의 이차 수축률이 2% 이상 5% 이하
(2) 30℃, 85%RH 분위기 하에서 상기 필름을 672시간 에이징한 후, 70℃의 온수 중에 이 에이징 후의 필름을 10초간 침지했을 때의 폭방향의 온탕 열수축률이 10% 이상 30% 이하
(3) 온도 변조 DSC로 측정한 상기 필름의 유리 전이 온도 전후의 가역 열용량차가 0.12 J/g·℃ 이상 0.25 J/g·℃ 이하 - 제1항에 있어서,
전체 폴리에스테르 수지 성분 100 몰% 중 ε-카프로락톤 유래의 구성 유닛이 1~25 몰%, 부탄디올과 ε-카프로락톤 유래의 구성 유닛 이외의 비정질 성분이 될 수 있는 1종 이상의 모노머 유래의 구성 유닛이 18 몰% 이상 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
70℃의 온수 중에 10초간 침지했을 때의 길이방향의 온탕 열수축률이 -1% 이상 5% 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
편광 ATR-FTIR법으로 측정한 1,340 ㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A1과 1,410 ㎝-1에서의 흡광도 A2의 비 A1/A2(흡광도비)에 대해서 폭방향의 흡광도비가 0.5 이상 0.75 이하, 길이방향의 흡광도비가 0.35 이상 0.55 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
길이방향의 인장 파괴 강도가 80 ㎫ 이상 200 ㎫ 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
80℃의 온수 중에서 폭방향으로 10% 수축시킨 후 필름 길이방향의 단위 두께당 직각 인열 강도가 180 N/㎜ 이상 330 N/㎜ 이하인 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름. - 포장 대상물의 바깥둘레의 적어도 일부를 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열수축성 필름으로 피복하고, 이어서 열수축시킴으로써 얻어지는 포장체.
