Claims (3)
- 수나사부(9)와 선단 직경축소 테이퍼부(5)를 가지는 플레어 조인트 본체(1)와,
상기 수나사부(9)에 나사장착되는 암나사부(12)를 구멍부(11)의 기단에 가지고, 또한, 이 구멍부(11)의 중간에는 동일 직경부(14)와 선단 직경축소 테이퍼부(17)를 가지는 수납 공간부(E)를 형성한 캡너트(2)와,
이 수납 공간부(E)에 내장됨과 아울러, 상기 선단 직경축소 테이퍼부(5)에 압접하는 압접 구배면(32)을 가짐과 아울러, 선단측에는 소성변형 가능한 박육 원통부(35)와 그 선단의 파이프 외주면 파고들기용 클로부(36)를 가지고, 또한, 내주 중간부에 오목하게 설치된 시일 오목홈(29)을 가지는 스톱링(3)과,
상기 스톱링(3)의 상기 시일 오목홈(29)에 끼움장착되는 시일(4),
을 구비하고, 피접속용 파이프(P)의 스트레이트형상 선단부(10)의 외주면(10A)에 상기 스톱링(3)의 상기 클로부(36)가, 상기 캡너트(2)의 나사 진행에 따라 파고들어, 파이프 인발 저항력(Z)을 발생하도록 구성하고, 또한, 상기 캡너트(2)는 상기 접속용 파이프(P)의 외주면에 대응하는 캡너트 선단부(41)에 원환형상 절연 링(40)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 조인트. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 링(40)은 피접속용 파이프(P)의 외주면에 긴밀하게 접촉하는 시일 돌조부(45)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 조인트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 캡너트(2)의 상기 구멍부 (11)에 형성된 상기 암나사부(12)와 상기 동일 직경부(14) 사이에, 시일(46)을 내장하고, 또한, 내장 상태에서 이 시일(46)의 내경 치수(D46)를 상기 스톱링(3)의 외경 치수(d)보다 작게 설정하여, 미사용 상태하에서 상기 스톱링(3)이 상기 캡너트(2)로부터 이탈하는 것을 방지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 관 조인트.
