Description
Claims (7)
- 전지셀; 및전지셀의 냉각을 위해 형성되어 있고 전지셀에 인접하여 장착되어 있는 열교환기로 구성되어 있고,상기 열교환기는 내부 영역과 상기 내부 영역에서 나선형 유로를 형성하는 제 1 및 제 2 유로 가이드 부재들로 이루어진 외부 하우징을 포함하고 있고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 유로 가이드 부재는 내부 영역에서 전반적으로 상향 경사져 있으며,상기 나선형 유로는 외부 하우징의 유입구로부터 외부 하우징 내부의 또 다른 유로로 연장되어 있고,상기 또 다른 유로는 상기 나선형 유로로부터 배출구로 연장되어 있고, 상기 유입구에 유입된 유체 내의 기포들이 나선형 유로를 통해 상부로 가압되고 또 다른 유로를 통해 배출구에서 외부 하우징을 빠져 나가는 것을 가속화 하도록, 상기 나선형 유로의 각 부위의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유로 가이드 부재는 1 내지 5도의 각도로 외부 하우징의 수평 축에 대해 상향 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유로 가이드 부재는 1 내지 5도의 각도로 외부 하우징의 수평 축에 대해 상향 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유로 가이드 부재는 제 2 유로 가이드 부재로부터 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 하우징은 제 1 엣지, 제 2 엣지, 제 3 엣지 및 제 4 엣지를 포함하는 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽, 유입 연장부, 및 배출 연장부를 포함하고 있고, 제 1 엣지는 제 2 엣지에 실질적으로 평행하게 장착되어 있고, 제 3 엣지는 외부 하우징의 제 1 단부에 장착되어 있고 제 1 엣지로부터 제 2 엣지로 연장되어 있으며, 제 4 엣지는 외부 하우징의 제 1 단부에 대향하는 외부 하우징의 제 2 단부에 장착되어 있고 실질적으로 상기 제 3 엣지에 평행하며, 유입 연장부는 제 1 엣지로부터 연장되어 있고 그것을 관통하는 유입구를 포함하고 있으며, 배출 연장부는 제 2 엣지로부터 연장되어 있고 그것을 관통하는 배출구를 포함하고 있으며;상기 제 1 유로 가이드 부재는 제 4 엣지에 대해 상향 경사지도록 전반적으로 제 1 엣지로부터 제 2 엣지 쪽으로 연장되어 있으며;상기 제 2 유로 가이드 부재는 제 4 엣지에 대해 상향 경사지도록 제 2 엣지로부터 전반적으로 제 1 엣지 쪽으로 연장되어 있고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 유로 가이드 부재들은 상기 유입구로부터 상기 내부 영역 내에서 상기 나선형 유로를 포함하도록 서로 이격되어 장착되어 있으며;상기 외부 하우징은, 제 3 엣지에 근접하게 장착되고 나선형 유로와 연통되며 상기 나선형 유로의 각 부위의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 가진 제 1 유로를 더 형성하고 있으며; 및상기 외부 하우징은 제 1 유로와 연통하는 제 2 엣지에 근접하게 배치되어 있는 제 2 유로를 더 형성하고 있고, 상기 유입구에 유입된 유체 내의 기포들이 상기 나선형 유로를 통해 상부로 가압되고 제 1 및 제 2 유로를 통해 상기 배출구에서 외부 하우징을 빠져 나가는 것을 가속화 하도록, 상기 제 2 유로는 나선형 유로의 각 부위의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 가지며, 상기 제 1 유로와 제 2 유로의 조합이 또 다른 유로가 되고, 상기 제 2 유로는 제 1 유로의 단부로부터 배출구로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유로 가이드 부재는 1 내지 5도의 각도로 제 4 엣지에 대해 상향 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유로 가이드 부재는 1 내지 5도의 각도로 제 4 엣지에 대해 상향 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 어셈블리.
