Description
Claims (7)
- バッテリーセルアセンブリーであって、
バッテリーセルと、及び
熱交換機とを備えてなり、
前記熱交換機が、前記バッテリーセルに隣接して配置され、前記バッテリーセルを冷却するものであり、
前記熱交換機が、外側ハウジングを有してなり、
前記外側ハウジングが、内部区域と、及び第一流動案内部材と、及び第二流動案内部材を画定してなり、
前記第一流動案内部材及び第二流動案内部材が、前記内部区域中に蛇行流路を画定してなり、
前記第一流動案内部材及び第二流動案内部材が、前記内部区域中で上向きに傾斜しており、
前記蛇行流路が、前記外側ハウジング中の入口開口部から前記外側ハウジング中の別の流路に伸びており、
前記別の流路が、前記蛇行流路から出口開口部に伸びており、
前記別の流路が、前記蛇行流路の各部分の断面積よりも小さい断面積を有するので、前記入口開口部に入る流体中の気泡が前記蛇行流路を通して上向きに圧迫され、前記別の流路を通して加速され、前記出口開口部で前記外側ハウジングから外に排出される、バッテリーセルアセンブリー。 - 前記第一流動案内部材が、前記外側ハウジングの水平軸に対して角度1〜5度で上向きに傾斜している、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- 前記第二流動案内部材が、前記外側ハウジングの前記水平軸に対して角度1〜5度で上向きに傾斜している、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- 前記第一流動案内部材が、前記第二流動案内部材から間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- 前記外側ハウジングが、第一側壁と、及び第二側壁と、入口延長部と、及び出口延長部とを有してなり、
前記第一及び第二側壁が、第一、第二、第三、及び第四縁部を有し、
前記第一縁部が、前記第二縁部に対して実質的に平行に配置され、前記第三縁部が、前記外側ハウジングの第一末端に配置され、前記第一縁部から前記第二縁部に伸びており、前記第四縁部が、前記外側ハウジングの第二末端に配置され、前記第二末端が、前記外側ハウジングの前記第一末端と対向しており、前記第四縁部が、前記第三縁部に対して実質的に平行であり、前記入口延長部が前記第一縁部から伸びており、前記出口延長部が前記第二縁部から伸びており、前記入口延長部が、その中を通って伸びる前記入口開口部を有し、前記出口延長部が、その中を通って伸びる前記出口開口部を有し、
前記第一流動案内部材が、前記第一縁部から前記第二縁部に向かって伸びており、前記第一流動案内部材が、前記第四縁部に対して上向きに傾斜しており、
前記第二流動案内部材が、前記第二縁部から前記第一縁部に向かって伸びており、前記第二流動案内部材が、前記第四縁部に対して上向きに傾斜しており、前記第一及び第二流動案内部材が、互いに間隔を置いて配置されており、前記第一及び第二流動案内部材が、前記入口開口部から前記内部区域中に前記蛇行流路を画定してなり、
前記外側ハウジングが第一流路をさらに画定してなり、前記第一流路が、前記第三縁部の近くに配置され、前記蛇行流路と連絡しており、前記第一流路が、前記蛇行流路の各部の断面積より小さい断面積を有し、
前記外側ハウジングが第二流路をさらに画定してなり、前記第二流路が前記第二縁部の近くに配置され、前記第一流路と連絡しており、前記第二流路が、前記蛇行流路の各部分の断面積より小さい断面積を有し、前記第一流路と前記第二流路との組合せが前記別の流路であり、前記第二流路が、前記第一流路の末端から前記出口開口部に伸びているので、前記入口開口部に入る流体中の気泡が前記蛇行流路を通して上向きに圧迫され、前記第一及び第二流路を通して加速され、前記出口開口部で前記外側ハウジングから外に出る、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。 - 前記第一流動案内部材が、前記第四縁部に対して角度1〜5度で上向きに傾斜している、請求項5に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
- 前記第二流動案内部材が、前記第四縁部に対して角度1〜5度で上向きに傾斜している、請求項6に記載のバッテリーセルアセンブリー。
