Description
Claims (4)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
複数の熱交換機を中に有する複数のバッテリーセルアセンブリーと、及び
前記複数の熱交換機中に流体を導くように構築された第一ゴム冷却マニホルドとを備えてなり、
前記第一ゴム冷却マニホルドが、第一管状部材、第一入口、第一の複数の出口、及び第一末端キャップ及び第二末端キャップを有してなり、
前記第一末端キャップが、前記第一管状部材の第一末端に連結されてなり、
前記第二末端キャップが、前記第一管状部材の第二末端に連結されてなり、
前記第一入口が、前記第一管状部材の最上部に配置され、前記流体を前記第一管状部材の中に導いてなり、
前記第一の複数の出口が、前記第一管状部材の外側表面に沿って、同一直線上に、縦方向に、互いに間隔を置いて配置されてなり、
前記第一の複数の出口が、前記第一管状部材の前記外側表面から外向きに伸びており、前記第一の複数の出口が、前記流体を、前記第一管状部材から前記複数の熱交換機の中に導いて、前記複数のバッテリーセルアセンブリーを冷却してなるものである、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第一の複数の出口が、前記第一管状部材上の前記第一入口の下に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の熱交換機から前記流体を受け取るように形成された第二ゴム冷却マニホルドをさらに備えてなり、
前記第二ゴム冷却マニホルドが、第二管状部材、第一出口、第二の複数の入口、及び第三末端キャップ及び第四末端キャップを有してなり、
前記第三末端キャップが、前記第二管状部材の第一末端に連結されてなり、
前記第四末端キャップが、前記第二管状部材の第二末端に連結されてなり、
前記第二の複数の入口が、前記第二管状部材の外側表面に沿って、同一直線上に、縦方向に、互いに間隔を置いて配置されてなり、
前記第二の複数の入口が、前記第二管状部材の前記外側表面から外向きに伸びており、前記第二の複数の入口が、前記複数の熱交換機から前記流体を受け取り、前記流体を前記第二管状部材の中に導いてなり、
前記第一出口が、前記第二管状部材の最上部に配置され、前記流体を前記第二管状部材の外に導いてなるものである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第二の複数の入口が、前記第二管状部材上の前記第一出口の下に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
