Claims (4)
- 다수의 열 교환기들을 내부에 가지고 있는 다수의 전지셀 어셈블리들; 및 유체가 다수의 열 교환기들 내부로 흐르도록 형성되어 있는 제 1 고무 냉각 매니폴드(rubber cooling manifold)로 구성되어 있고,상기 제 1 고무 냉각 매니폴드는 제 1 관상부재, 제 1 유입구, 다수의 제 1 배출구들, 및 제 1 및 제 2 단부 캡을 가지고 있으며,상기 제1 단부 캡은 제 1 관상부재의 제 1 단부와 결합되어 있고, 상기 제 2 단부 캡은 제 1 관상부재의 제 2 단부와 결합되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 유입구는 유체가 제 1 관상부재의 내부로 흐르도록 제 1 관상부재의 상단부에 장착되어 있고,상기 다수의 제 1 배출구들은 제 1 관상부재의 외면을 따라 동일선상 및 길이방향으로 장착되어 있고 서로 이격되어 있으며,상기 다수의 제 1 배출구들은 제 1 관상부재의 외면으로부터 외부 방향으로 연장되어 있고,상기 다수의 제 1 배출구들은 다수의 전지셀 어셈블리들의 냉각을 위해 유체가 제 1 관상부재로부터 다수의 열 교환기들 내부로 흐르게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 제 1 배출구들은 상기 제 1 관상부재 상의 제 1 유입구 하부에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 열 교환기들로부터 상기 유체를 수령하도록 형성되어 있는 제 2 고무 냉각 매니폴드를 더 포함하고 있고,상기 제 2 고무 냉각 매니폴드는 제 2 관상부재, 제 1 배출구, 다수의 제 2 유입구들, 및 제 3 및 제4 단부 캡을 가지고 있으며,상기 제 3 단부 캡은 제 2 관상부재의 제 1 단부와 결합되어 있고,상기 제 4 단부 캡은 제 2 관상부재의 제 2 단부와 결합되어 있으며,상기 다수의 제 2 유입구들은 제 2 관상부재의 외면을 따라 동일선상 및 길이방향으로 장착되어 있고 서로 이격되어 있으며,상기 다수의 제 2 유입구들은 제 2 관상부재의 외면으로부터 외부 방향으로 연장되어 있으며,상기 다수의 제 2 유입구들은 유체를 다수의 열 교환기들로부터 수령하여 제 2 관상부재 내부로 보내도록 되어 있으며,상기 제 1 배출구는 제 2 관상부재의 상부 부위 상에 장착되어 있고, 유체를 제 2 관상부재의 외부로 보내도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 제 2 유입구들은 제 2 관상부재 상의 제 1 배출구 하부에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
