Claims (6)
- 입수구로 유입된 저온의 물을 가열장치에 의해 고온으로 가열하여 출수구를 통해 공급하는 온수 공급 시스템에 있어서,입수된 물을 사용자가 설정한 온도로 공급할 수 있도록 가열장치의 열을 입수된 물에 전달하기 위한 열교환기;온수 공급 시스템 내로 입수되는 유량을 측정하는 유량 센서;상기 열교환기를 빠져나온 물을 저장하기 위한 물탱크;물이 흐르는 배관의 소정 위치에 설치된 온도 센서;사용자가 원하는 조건을 입력할 수 있도록 입력부를 갖는 제어기를 포함하고,상기 제어기는 상기 온도 센서에서 측정된 온도와 사용자 설정 온도를 비교하여 상기 가열장치의 작동을 제어하고, 상기 유량 센서에서 측정된 유량의 변동에 따라 상기 가열장치의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출수구 측의 배관상에 형성되는 제1 분기점과, 상기 입수구 측의 배관상에 형성되는 제2 분기점을 연결하는 배관 상에 설치되는 펌프를 더 포함하고,사용자가 온수를 사용하지 않을 때, 상기 제어기는 예열 순환 온도에 따라 온수 공급 시스템 내부의 물을 상기 펌프에 의해 제1 분기점, 제2 분기점 및 열교 환기를 연결하는 내부 순환 경로로 순환시키는 예열 순환 모드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 사용자가 입력부에 입력한 설정 온도를 기준으로 상기 설정 온도 위의 소정 온도를 예열 순환 오프(off) 온도로, 상기 설정 온도 아래의 소정 온도를 예열 순환 온(on) 온도로 결정하고, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 예열 순환 온 온도 이하일 때는 가열장치의 작동을 개시하고, 예열 순환 오프 온도 이상일 때는 가열장치의 작동을 정지시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용자가 상기 예열 순환 모드가 이루어지는 시간을 하루 중에서 선택하여 상기 입력부에 입력하면, 상기 제어기는 그에 따라 상기 예열 순환 모드를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펌프와 상기 제2 분기점을 연결하는 배관상에 체크 밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 분기점과 상기 출수구를 연결하는 배관상에 제3 분기점을 형성하고,상기 제1 분기점과 상기 펌프 사이에 3방 밸브를 구비하여, 예열 순환 모드 시 예열된 물이 상기 제3 분기점과 상기 3방 밸브를 연결하는 별도의 배관상에 구비된 라디에이터를 경유하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템.
