Description
なお、圧縮機1a、1bの始動時と冷媒調整弁6a、6bの開放時の時間差τ1、τ2は、給湯開始時の外気温度と圧縮機温度との差によって負荷の軽重を判断して決めることが望ましい。
運転制御手段は、圧縮機の回転数を給湯負荷に対応して設定した圧縮機回転数テーブルによって制御し、冷媒調整弁の開度を外気温度と水冷媒熱交換器の出口目標温度に対応して設定した冷媒調整弁開度テーブルによって制御するものであるから、給湯負荷即ち直接給湯運転やタンク貯湯運転等の用途による給湯温度の相違に対応し、かつ、外気温度も加味して圧縮機の回転数及び冷媒調整弁の開度を調整するものであり、より速く目標給湯温度に到達することができる。
Claims (14)
- 圧縮機と、その圧縮機で圧縮された冷媒と水との熱交換を行う水冷媒熱交換器と、水と熱交換した冷媒の流路を開閉して冷媒の減圧を行い前記圧縮機の運転停止時には流路を閉じ且つ圧縮機の運転開始時には冷媒の流路を開放する冷媒調整装置と、減圧された冷媒と空気とで熱交換を行う蒸発器とがそれぞれ冷媒配管で順次接続されたヒートポンプ回路と、前記水冷媒熱交換器に水を供給する給水配管と、前記水冷媒熱交換器で加熱された水を供給する給湯配管とを有する給湯回路と、を備え、
前記圧縮機の運転開始時に、前記圧縮機の吐出側圧力と吸込側圧力との圧力差に応じて、前記圧縮機の運転開始と前記冷媒調整装置の冷媒流路の開放との順序を変えるヒートポンプ給湯機。 - 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記圧縮機の吐出側圧力と吸込側圧力との圧力差が所定値以上のときは、前記冷媒調整装置の冷媒流路を開放した後で前記圧縮機の運転を開始するヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記圧縮機の吐出側圧力と吸込側圧力との圧力差が所定値よりも低いときは、前記圧縮機の運転を開始した後で前記冷媒調整装置の冷媒流路を開放するヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記圧縮機の運転開始時に、前記圧縮機の運転開始と前記冷媒調整装置の冷媒流路の開放とに時間差を有するヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項4記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記圧縮機の運転開始と前記冷媒調整装置の冷媒流路の開放との時間差を、給湯開始時の外気温度、前記圧縮機の機体温度、及び前記圧縮機の吐出側圧力と吸込側圧力との圧力差のいずれかにより変えるヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記ヒートポンプ回路の前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機との間の冷媒配管内に、前記圧縮機から前記蒸発器へ冷媒が流れるのを止める逆流防止弁を備えたヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項6記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記逆流防止弁は逆止弁であるヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項6記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記逆流防止弁は電磁二方弁であるヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記給水配管は装置外部の給水管と接続して、前記給湯配管は装置外部の出湯端末と接続するヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項9記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記給水配管と前記給湯配管との間に水配管を介して接続された貯湯タンクと機内循環ポンプとを備え、前記給湯配管と前記貯湯タンクとは前記水冷媒熱交換器で加熱された湯水と前記貯湯タンク内の湯水とを混合する給湯混合弁を介して接続しているヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項10記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記貯湯タンクの容量を100L以下として、少なくとも前記貯湯タンクと前記ヒートポンプ回路とが同一の箱体に収納されたヒートポンプ給湯装置。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記冷媒調整装置は電動膨張弁であるヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記冷媒調整装置は電磁二方弁とキャピラリチューブとからなるヒートポンプ給湯機。
- 請求項1記載のヒートポンプ給湯機において、前記圧縮機の吸込側圧力は、蒸発器に設けられた蒸発器出口温度センサにより検知した冷媒温度に基づき算出されるヒートポンプ給湯機。
