Claims (3)
- 터빈 임펠러를 일단에 갖는 터빈축과, 터빈축에서 회전 구동되는 컴프레서 임펠러와, 하우징 내에 고정된 모터 스테이터와, 상기 모터 스테이터로 회전 구동되는 모터 로터를 구비한 전동 과급기로서,터빈축에 작용하는 축방향 힘을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 트러스트 베어링을 구비하고,상기 트러스트 베어링은, 터빈축과 함께 회전하는 작은 직경 원판상의 트러스트 칼라와, 상기 트러스트 칼라의 축 방향 이동을 저지하는 터빈측 트러스트 베어링 및 컴프레서측 트러스트 베어링으로 이루어지고,상기 컴프레서측 트러스트 베어링은, 트러스트 칼라와 접하는 거의 같은 직경의 트러스트면을 갖는 작은 직경 링부와, 터빈측에서 하우징에 고정되는 플랜지부를 갖고, 이들 작은 직경 링부와 플랜지부의 축 방향 위치가 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기.
- 제1항에 있어서,모터 스테이터의 터빈측 코일 엔드는, 내면이 터빈측으로 넓어지는 테이퍼면으로 형성되고,컴프레서측 트러스트 베어링과 모터 스테이터의 사이를 나누는 씰링 플레이트가, 상기 테이퍼면의 내측에 위치하는 절두 원추형으로 더 형성되는 것을 특징으 로 하는 전동 과급기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컴프레서측 트러스트 베어링의 절두 원추부 내면과 이에 대향하는 하우징 외면에는, 서로 대향하면서 배유구를 향해 연장되는 오목홈이 설치되어, 이 조합에 의해 배유구로 향하는 배유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 과급기.
