Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- a) 금속 염 용액을 히드록시드 이온 함유 용액과 반응시키는 단계,b) 단계 a)로부터 수득된 용액을 환원제와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하며, 단계 a)의 용액 중 적어도 하나가 분산제를 포함하는 것인, 금속 입자 함량이 1 g/ℓ 이상인 금속 입자졸의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 알콕실레이트, 알킬올아미드, 에스테르, 아민 옥시드, 알킬폴리글루코시드, 알킬페놀, 아릴알킬페놀, 수용성 단일중합체, 랜덤 공중합체, 블록 공중합체, 그래프트 중합체, 폴리에틸렌 옥시드, 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 알코올 및 폴리비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 셀룰로오스, 전분, 젤라틴, 젤라틴 유도체, 아미노산 중합체, 폴리리신, 폴리아스파르트산, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌술포네이트, 폴리스티렌술포네이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 방향족 술폰산과 포름알데히드의 축합 생성물, 나프탈렌술포네이트, 리그노술포네이트, 아크릴 단량체의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리비닐아민, 폴리알릴아민, 폴리(2-비닐피리딘) 및/또는 폴리디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산제가 0.1 g/ℓ 이상 내지 100 g/ℓ 이하, 바람직하게는 1 g/ℓ 이상 내지 60 g/ℓ 이하, 보다 바람직하게는 5 g/ℓ 이상 내 지 40 g/ℓ 이하의 농도로 적어도 하나의 반응물 용액에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 염 용액이 철, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 코발트, 로듐, 이리듐, 니켈, 팔라듐, 백금, 구리, 은, 금, 아연 및/또는 카드뮴을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 이온을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 이온이 0.001 몰/ℓ 이상 내지 2 몰/ℓ 이하, 바람직하게는 0.01 몰/ℓ 이상 내지 1 몰/ℓ 이하, 보다 바람직하게는 0.1 몰/ℓ 이상 내지 0.5 몰/ℓ 이하의 농도로 금속 염 용액에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 히드록시드 이온을 포함하는 용액이 LiOH, NaOH, KOH, Mg(OH)2, Ca(OH)2, 지방족 아민, 방향족 아민, 알칼리 금속 아미드 및/또는 알콕시드를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 염기의 반응으로부터 수득가능한 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 폴리알코올, 아미노페놀, 아미노 알코올, 알데히드, 당, 타르타르산, 시트르산, 아스코르브산 및 이들의 염, 트리에탄올아민, 히드로퀴논, 나트륨 디티오나이트, 히드록시메탄술핀산, 나트 륨 디술파이트, 포름아미딘술핀산, 아황산, 히드라진, 히드록실아민, 에틸렌디아민, 테트라메틸에틸렌디아민, 히드록실아민 술페이트, 나트륨 보로히드리드, 포름알데히드, 알코올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소-프로판올, n-부탄올, 이소-부탄올, sec-부탄올, 에틸렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜 디아세테이트, 글리세롤 및/또는 디메틸아미노에탄올을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 단계 a) 및/또는 b)를 마이크로반응기에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 단계 a) 및/또는 b)를 연속 운전 방식으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조가능한 금속 입자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 입경 d50 값이 0.01 ㎛ 이상 내지 0.5 ㎛ 이하인 금속 입자.
- 제11항에 따른 금속 입자의, 촉매, 코팅 재료, 기능성 층, 투명 전도성 층, 야금 제품, 전자 제품, 전기세라믹, 광학 재료, 바이오라벨, 잉크젯 인쇄 및 스크 린 인쇄용 잉크, 전도성 미세구조, 위조방지(forgeryproof) 표시용 재료, 중합체 복합체, 항균성 재료 및/또는 활성 성분 제제를 생성하기 위한 용도.
