Claims (6)
- 분리막과 공급측 유로재와 투과측 유로재가 적층 상태로 유공의 중심관 주위에 스파이럴 형상으로 권회된 원통형 권회체를 구비함과 함께, 공급측 유체와 투과측 유체의 혼합을 방지하기 위한 밀봉부가 형성되어 있는 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트에 있어서,적어도 1 장의 투과측 유로재가 외주측으로 연장 또는 연결된 섬유포를 가지고, 그 섬유포가 상기 원통형 권회체의 외주에 권회되고, 또한 수지가 함침 경화된 섬유 보강층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 섬유 보강층의 내부 또는 내측에는, 수지 시트가 권회되어 있는 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트.
- 분리막과 공급측 유로재와 투과측 유로재를 적층 상태로 유공의 중심관 주위에 스파이럴 형상으로 권회하여 원통형 권회체를 형성하는 공정과, 공급측 유체와 투과측 유체의 혼합을 방지하기 위한 밀봉부를 형성하는 공정을 구비하는 스파이럴형 엘리먼트의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 투과측 유로재 중 적어도 1 장의 투과측 유로재로서, 권회의 후단측으로 연장 또는 연결된 섬유포를 가지고, 그 섬유포에 수지가 도포된 것을 사용하여 상기 원통형 권회체를 형성할 때에, 상기 섬유포를 상기 원통형 권회체의 외주에 권회한 후, 상기 수지를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 섬유포를 권회할 때에, 상기 수지와의 박리성을 갖는 박리 시트와 함께 귄회하여 두고, 상기 수지의 경화 후에 상기 박리 시트의 계면을 박리하고, 박리한 부분을 절제하는 공정을 포함하는 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부를 형성할 때에 틱소트로피 (thixotropy) 성을 갖는 접착제를 사용하고, 상기 섬유포에 도포하는 수지로서 상기 접착제보다 저점도의 수지를 사용하는 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 접착제의 점도가 BH 형 점도형으로 #6 로터를 사용하여, 20rpm 의 조건에서 5000 ∼ 100000mPa·s 이고, 상기 섬유포에 도포하는 수지의 점도가 동일한 조건에서 100 ∼ 10000mPa·s 인 스파이럴형 막 엘리먼트의 제조 방법.
