Claims (10)
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 트리에틸아민(TEA), 다이아이소프로필에틸아민(DIPEA), 다이에틸아민(DEA) 및 부틸아민 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 염화메틸렌, 디클로로에탄 및 클로로포름 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시 보호기가 t-부틸디메틸실릴, t-부틸디페닐실릴, 트리에틸실릴 및 트리메틸실릴로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 유기 실릴기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해가 과산화수소 및 리튬하이드록사이드 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 화합물로부터 화학식 3의 화합물을 제조하는 단계에서 사용되는 루이스산이 리튬클로라이드(LiCl), 알루미늄클로라이드(AlCl4), 알루미늄브로마이드(AlBr4), 사염화철(FeCl4), 브롬화아연(ZnBr2), 염화아연(ZnCl2), 트리플루오로보란(BF3) 및 마그네슘브로마이드(MgBr2) 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 화합물로부터 화학식 3의 화합물을 제조하는 단계에서 사용되는 유기 염기가 트리에틸아민(TEA), 다이아이소프로필에틸아민(DIPEA), t-부틸아민 및 다이에틸아민(DEA) 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 화합물로부터 화학식 3의 화합물을 제조하는 단계에서 사용되는 용매가 테트라하이드로푸란(THF), 다이메틸포름아마이드(DMF), 다이메틸설폭사이드(DMSO), 다이메틸아세트아마이드(DMAc) 및 아세토나이트릴(AN) 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 화학식 3의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
