Claims (7)
- (A) 하기 평균 조성식 (I)로 표시되는 오가노폴리실록산R1 aSiO(4-a)/2 (I)(식중, R1은 동일 또는 이종의 비치환 또는 치환된 1가 탄화수소기, a는 1.95∼2.04의 양수임.): 100질량부,(B) 열분해에 의해 (A) 성분을 증점 또는 경화시키는 특성을 갖는 비시아노계 유기 아조 발포제: 0.1∼20질량부,(C) 아조디카본아미드계 발포제 및/또는 디니트로소펜타메틸렌테트라민계 발포제: 1∼50질량부,(D) 경화제를 함유하여 이루어지며, 상압 열풍 가교 발포가 가능한 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 비시아노계 유기 아조계 발포제가, (A) 성분 100질량부에 (B) 성분 3질량부를 가한 후, 170℃에서 열분해시키면서 측정한 무니 점도 ML(1+4)가 (A) 성분 단체의 무니 점도에 대하여 100% 이상의 점도 상승을 나타내는 유기 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 비시아노계 유기 아조 발포제 A가 1,1'-아조비스(시클로헥산-1-메틸카르복실레이트)인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C) 성분의 아조디카본아미드계 발포제 및 디니트로소펜타메틸렌테트라민계 발포제의 분해 조제로서 요소, 산화아연 및 유기 아연 화합물로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (D) 성분의 경화제가, 히드록실화 촉매와 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록산과의 부가 반응계 경화제 단독, 유기 과산화물 단독 또는 부가 반응계 경화제와 유기 과산화물과의 병용계인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (E) 성분으로서 도전성 카본을 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 1∼60질량부 첨가하여 도전성을 부여한 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화되어 밀도가 0.3g/cm3 이하인 저밀도의 고발포 실리 콘 고무 스폰지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 스폰지 조성물.
