Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 케이스의 공극부에 이동 가능하게 수납된 전동체를 갖고, 피경사 검출 장치에 설치되어 상기 피경사 검출 장치의 경사를 기초로 하는 중력 방향의 변화에 의해 상기 공극부 내에 있어서의 상기 전동체의 위치를 변화시켜 상기 피경사 검출 장치의 경사를 검출하는 경사 센서이며,상기 케이스의 상기 전동체가 이동하는 면에 평행한 일측면에 설치되어 상기 공극부를 면하는 면에 소정의 간격을 마련하여 한 쌍의 수광 소자가 이격 배치된 기판과,상기 한 쌍의 수광 소자에 대해 광을 조사하는 발광 수단을 구비하고,상기 케이스의 공극부는 상기 중력 방향의 변화에 의해 상기 전동체를 상기 한 쌍의 수광 소자와 겹치는 한 쌍의 차광 위치와, 상기 한 쌍의 수광 소자의 어느 것과도 겹치지 않는 중립 위치로 이동시키는 형상이 되고,상기 기판은 상기 한 쌍의 발광 소자가 배치된 면과는 반대측의 면에 면 실장용 복수의 단자가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사 센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발광 수단은 상기 기판의 상기 한 쌍의 발광 소자가 배치된 면에 상기 한 쌍의 수광 소자 사이이며 상기 한 쌍의 수광 소자와 동일 직선 상이 되는 위치에 배치된 1개의 발광 소자로 이루어지고,상기 케이스의 공극부의 상기 기판과는 반대측의 면에 상기 발광 소자로부터 의 광을 반사하는 반사면을 구비하고 있는 경사 센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전동체는 상기 전동체가 이동하는 면과 직교하는 중심축을 갖는 원기둥 형상으로 되어 있는 경사 센서.
