Abstract
【解決手段】 1対の受光素子4A,4Bと、1対の受光素子4A,4Bに対して光を照射する発光素子5と、転動体6と、転動体6を収容する空隙部20と、を備えており、空隙部20は、転動体6に、1対の受光素子4A,4Bと重なる1対の遮光位置と、上記1対の受光素子4A,4Bのいずれとも重ならない中立位置と、をとらせる形状とされている、傾斜センサA1であって、その一面に1対の受光素子4A,4Bが搭載されている基板1を備えており、基板1のうち上記一面とは反対側の面には、面実装用の複数の端子7a,7b,7cが形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 検出対象面に沿って離間配置された1対の受光素子と、
上記1対の受光素子に対して光を照射する発光手段と、
上記検出対象面内に沿って転動する転動体と、
上記転動体を収容する空隙部と、を備えており、
上記空隙部は、上記検出対象面の面内方向における重力方向の変化により、上記転動体に、上記検出対象面の面内方向おいて上記1対の受光素子と重なる1対の遮光位置と、上記面内方向において上記1対の受光素子のいずれとも重ならない中立位置と、をとらせる形状とされている、傾斜センサであって、
上記検出対象面に沿って広がっており、かつその一面に上記1対の受光素子が搭載されている基板を備えており、
上記基板のうち上記一面とは反対側の面には、面実装用の複数の端子が形成されていることを特徴とする、傾斜センサ。 - 上記発光手段は、上記基板の上記一面に搭載されており、かつ上記1対の受光素子が離間する方向における位置が、上記1対の受光素子の間にある1つの発光素子からなり、
上記空隙部を挟んで上記基板とは反対側に位置する反射面を備えている、請求項1に記載の傾斜センサ。 - 上記転動体は、上記検出対象面と直交する中心軸を有する円柱形状とされている、請求項1または2に記載の傾斜センサ。
