Claims (12)
- 전기 회전 장치(electrical rotary machine)로서,다수의 치들(teeth)을 포함하고 실질적으로 원형인 제 1 스테이터(stator) 코어부(core section),다수의 치들을 포함하고 실질적으로 원형인 제 2 스테이터 코어부,상기 제 1 및 제 2 원형 스테이터 코어부들 사이에 배열된 코일, 및다수의 영구 자석들을 포함한 로터를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부, 상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부, 상기 코일 및 상기 로터는 공통 기하 축을 둘러싸고, 상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부 및 상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부의 상기 다수의 치들은 상기 로터를 향해 돌출하도록 배열되며,상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부의 치들은 상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부의 치들에 대해 원주 방향으로 변위되고,상기 로터 내의 상기 영구 자석들은 연자성 물질로 만들어진 축방향으로 연장하는 폴부(pole section)들에 의해 서로 원주 방향으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 로터의 상기 영구 자석들의 자화 방향은 실질적으로 원주 방향인, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,모든 제 2 영구 자석의 자화 방향은 이들 사이의 영구 자석들의 자화 방향에 반대인, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴부들은 연자성 분말(soft magnetic powder)로 만들어진, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,플럭스 브릿지(flux bridge)는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 원형 스테이터 코어부들 사이에 배열되어 상기 원형 스테이터 코어부들 사이에 플럭스 경로를 제공하는, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 플럭스 브릿지는 상기 공통 기하 축을 둘러싸도록 배열된 스테이터 요크부(yoke section)인, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스테이터 요크부는 연자성 분말로 만들어진, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스테이터 코어부들은 연자성 물질로 이루어진 적층된 시트들(laminated sheets) 및 전기 절연체로 이루어진 시트들로 만들어진, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스테이터 코어부들은 연자성 분말로 만들어진, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부 및 상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부의 상기 치들은 방사상으로 돌출하고, 상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부 및 상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부는 서로에 대해 축방향으로 변위되는, 전기 회전 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부 및 상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부의 상기 치들은 축방향으로 돌출하고, 상기 제 1 스테이터 코어부는 상기 제 2 스테이터 코어부를 둘러싸도록 배열되는, 전기 회전 장치.
- 전기 회전 장치로서,다수의 위상부(phase section)를 포함하며, 각각의 위상부는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 특징들을 포함하는, 전기 회전 장치.
