Claims (8)
- 표시 패널과,상기 표시 패널에 결합되고, 반도체칩에 형성된 표시구동 제어장치를 포함하는 표시 시스템에 있어서,상기 표시구동 제어장치는,상기 표시 시스템의 외부로부터 데이터가 공급되는 데이터 단자와,상기 표시 시스템의 외부로부터 수직동기신호가 공급되는 제1 단자와,상기 표시 시스템의 외부로부터 수평동기신호가 공급되는 제2 단자와,상기 표시 시스템의 외부로부터 도트클록이 공급되는 제3 단자와,내부동작 클록신호가 발생되는 클록발생회로와,상기 데이터 단자, 상기 제1 단자, 상기 제2 단자 및 상기 제3 단자가 접속된 동화상 인터페이스와,상기 데이터 단자가 결합된 시스템 인터페이스와,상기 표시 패널에 표시되는 화상 데이터를 저장하는 메모리와,상기 메모리에 결합되고, 상기 메모리로부터 판독된 화상 데이터에 따라서, 상기 표시 패널에 구동신호를 공급하는 구동회로와,상기 메모리로부터 상기 화상 데이터를 판독할 때, 상기 내부동작 클록신호에 동기하는 판독을 가능하게 하는 제1 상태와, 상기 수직동기신호, 상기 수평동기신호 및 상기 도트클록에 동기하는 판독을 가능하게 하는 제2 상태 중 어느 한쪽을 상기 표시 시스템의 외부설정가능한 제1 레지스터와,상기 화상 데이터를 상기 메모리에 기록할 때, 상기 데이터 단자를 통해서 상기 시스템 인터페이스에 공급된 상기 데이터를 상기 메모리에 기록을 가능하게 하는 제1 상태와, 상기 데이터 단자를 통해서 상기 동화상 인터페이스에 공급된 상기 데이터를 상기 메모리에 기록을 가능하게 하는 제2 상태 중 어느 한쪽을 상기 표시시스템의 외부로부터 설정가능한 제2 레지스터를 갖는 표시 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시구동 제어장치는, 상기 동화상 인터페이스에 결합되고, 상기 표시시스템의 외부로부터 인에이블 신호가 공급되는 제4 단자를 더 포함하며,상기 인에이블 신호는, 활성 상태와 비활성 상태를 가지고,상기 데이터 단자를 통해서 상기 동화상 인터페이스로 공급된 상기 데이터는, 상기 인에이블 신호의 상기 활성 상태에 따라서 상기 메모리에 기록되는 표시 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 표시구동 제어장치는, 상기 메모리에 있어서, 상기 동화상 인터페이스로 공급된 상기 데이터가 기록되는 영역의 선두 어드레스와 최종 어드레스를, 상기 표시 시스템의 외부로부터 지정 가능한 제3 레지스터를 더 갖는 표시 시스템.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 레지스터, 상기 제2 레지스터 및 상기 제3 레지스터는, 상기 표시 시스템의 외부로부터 상기 데이터 단자를 통해서 상기 시스템 인터페이스에 공급된 인스트럭션(Instruction)에 의해 설정되는 표시 시스템.
- 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 표시구동 제어장치는, 상기 시스템 인터페이스에 결합되고, 칩 셀렉트신호, 레지스터 셀렉트신호 및 라이트신호가 공급되는 외부단자를 더 갖는 표시 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 레지스터가 상기 제1 상태가 되고, 또한, 상기 제2 레지스터가 상기 제1 상태가 된 경우, 상기 데이터는 정지화상 데이터를 포함하며,상기 제1 레지스터가 상기 제2 상태가 되고, 또한, 상기 제2 레지스터가 상기 제2 상태가 된 경우, 상기 데이터는 동화상 데이터를 포함하며,상기 제1 레지스터가 상기 제2 상태가 되고, 또한, 상기 제2 레지스터가 상기 제1 상태가 된 경우, 상기 데이터는 정지화상 데이터를 포함하는 표시 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 레지스터는, 2비트로 구성되고,상기 제1 레지스터의 상기 제1 상태는, 00이 되며,상기 제1 레지스터의 상기 제2 상태는, 01이 되고,상기 제2 레지스터의 상기 제1 상태는, 0(제로)이 되며,상기 제2 레지스터의 상기 제2 상태는, 1이 되는 표시 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시 시스템은, 휴대 전화기의 표시 시스템으로 되는 표시 시스템.
