Claims (4)
- 멀티밴드 도허티 증폭기로서,입력 신호를 두 개로 분배하는 분배기와,상기 분배기의 일측 출력단에 접속되며, 분배된 일측 신호를 증폭시키는 캐리어 증폭기와,상기 분배기의 타측 출력단에 접속되며, 분배된 타측 신호를 지연시키는 지연기와,상기 지연기의 출력단에 접속되며, 그 출력 신호를 증폭시키는 피크 증폭기와,상기 캐리어 증폭기의 출력단에 접속되며, 임피던스 변환을 행하는 임피던스 변환기와,상기 피크 증폭기의 출력단과 상기 임피던스 변환기의 출력단에 접속되며, 그들의 출력 신호를 합성하는 합성기를 포함하며,상기 지연기의 전기 길이는 상기 임피던스 변환기의 전기 길이와 동일하고,상기 임피던스 변환기는 N종류(N은 2 이상의 정수)의 임피던스 변환용 전송 선로의 캐스케이드 접속을 가지며, N종류의 주파수에 대하여 동일한 임피던스 변환을 행하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티밴드 도허티 증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지연기는 상기 임피던스 변환기와 구성이 다른 지연 선로인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티밴드 도허티 증폭기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 합성기는 상기 피크 증폭기의 출력단과 상기 임피던스 변환기의 출력단이 접합된 접합부에 N종류의 임피던스 변환용 전송 선로의 제2의 캐스케이드 접속을 가지며, 상기 N종류의 주파수에 대하여 동일한 임피던스 변환을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티밴드 도허티 증폭기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 합성기의 제2의 캐스케이드 접속은, 상기 피크 증폭기가 증폭 동작 상태에 있어서, 상기 N종류의 주파수에 대하여 상기 접합부에서 본 부하 임피던스를 해당 접합부에서 본 출력 임피던스로 정합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티밴드 도허티 증폭기.
