Claims (10)
- 베드와,이 베드 상에 설치되어, 소재인 롤의 일단을 척으로 보유지지하면서 이 롤에 회전을 부여하는 주축을 가진 주축대와,이 주축대에 대향해서 상기 베드 상에 배치되어, 상기 롤의 일단을 자유로이 회전할 수 있게 지지하는 심압대와,상기 롤의 길이방향(Z축)을 이동할 수 있게 상기 베드 상에 설치된 새들과,롤의 길이방향과 직각인 방향(X축)으로 이동할 수 있게 상기 새들 상에 설치된 테이블과,이 테이블 상에 설치되어, 복수의 비트가 부착된 절삭날대를 가진 절삭날 선회대와,상기 롤의 원주방향의 인덱스를 실행하기 위한 제어수단과, 소정의 회전수로 주축을 연속 회전시키기 위한 제어수단을 겸용하는 C축 제어수단과,상기 롤을 인덱스하는 제어와 주축의 연속 회전의 제어 중 선택적으로 한쪽의 제어로 절환하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주축대가, 상기 주축을 유체압에 의해 비접촉으로 지지하고, 래디얼 베어링, 스러스트 베어링으로 된 정압 베어링을 가진 것을 특징으 로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주축대가, 상기 주축을 직접 구동하는 빌트인식의 서보 모터와, 상기 주축의 회전량을 검출하여 검출신호를 상기 C축 제어수단으로 출력하는 엔코더를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날 선회대에, 상기 플라이 커터를 회전시키는 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치가, 커터를 외주부에 보유지지하는 원판상의 커터 홀더와, 상기 커터 스핀들을 지지하는 공기베어링을 내장하는 본체와, 상기 커터 스핀들을 직접 구동하는 모터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 커터 스핀들 장치가, 상기 플라이 커터를 상기 절삭날대의 비트와 같은 높이의 X-Z 평면 내에서 회전시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 정 밀 롤 선반.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날대가, 대략 반원주형의 절삭날대 본체를 갖고, 절삭날대 본체의 원주방향으로 소정의 간격으로 비트가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날대 상에는, 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치의 중량과 밸런스를 이루도록 하는 카운터 웨이트가 탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 왕복대의 이송을 안내하는 Z축 안내면이, 상기 베드의 상부면에 Z축과 평행하게 다수의 롤러가 배열된 회전안내부재로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제1항에 있어서, X축 및 Z축의 이송 구동장치가 각각 리니어모터로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
