Claims (6)
- 불산을 함유하는 연마액에 유리 기판을 침지하여, 표면을 화학 연마해서 연마 유리 기판을 제조하는 방법으로서,40~90중량%의 황산 및 0.4~4중량%의 불산을 함유하는 표면 연마액에 유리 기판을 침지하여 표면 연마해서, 딤플의 성장을 억제하여 평활한 유리 표면을 형성하는 표면 평활화 공정을 포함하는 연마 유리 기판의 제조 방법.
- 불산을 함유하는 연마액에 유리 기판을 침지하여, 표면을 화학 연마해서 연마 유리 기판을 제조하는 방법으로서,40~90중량%의 황산 및 0.4~4중량%의 불산을 함유하는 표면 연마액에 유리 기판을 침지하여, 딤플의 성장을 억제해서 평활한 유리 표면을 형성하는 표면 평활화 공정과,표면 평활화한 유리 기판을 2~30중량%의 불산을 함유하는 후연마액에 침지하여, 소정의 유리 기판 두께가 될 때까지 후연마하는 후연마 공정을 포함하는 연마 유리 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,표면 연마액이 50~85중량%의 황산 및 0.5~4중량%의 불산을 함유하는 연마액 인 연마 유리 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유리 기판이 액정 디스플레이용 유리 기판인 연마 유리 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 연마 유리 기판으로서, 딤플의 성장이 억제되어, 평활한 유리 표면을 갖는 연마 유리 기판.
- 유리 기판을 침지하여 표면 연마해서, 딤플의 성장을 억제하여 평활한 유리 표면을 형성하기 위한 표면 연마액으로서, 40~90중량%의 황산 및 0.4~4중량%의 불산을 함유하는 표면 연마액.
