Claims (5)
- 산세전처리와 혼합산세액으로 산세하는 티타늄 판재의 산세방법에 있어서,상기 산세전처리는 연마석의 입자가 JIS No.80메쉬 이하로 충진된 제1 브러쉬를 사용하여 연마하는 제1 브러쉬 연마단계;질산-불산의 혼합산세액이 수용된 제1 혼산조에서 산세하는 제1 산세단계;연마석의 입자가 JIS No.100메쉬 이상으로 충진된 제2 브러쉬를 사용하여 연마하는 제2 브러쉬 연마단계; 및질산-불산의 혼합산세액이 수용된 제2 혼산조에서 산세하는 제2 산세단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 표면품질이 우수한 티타늄 판재의 산세방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연마석은 실리콘 카바이드(SiC)를 포함하는 고분자 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 우수한 티타늄 판재의 산세방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 브러쉬 연마단계는 강판과 연마모의 닿는 부분을 2~3mm로 하고 브러쉬 롤의 회전수를 800~1000rpm으로 하여 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 우수한 티타늄 판재의 산세방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 질산-불산의 혼합산세액은 질산 100~150g/l, 불산 30~50g/l, 금속이온 30g/l이하로 조성되고, 상기 혼합산세액에서 질산/불산의 비는 2~4이며, 상기 혼합산세액의 온도는 40~50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 우수한 티타늄 판재의 산세방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 산세단계는 120초 이상 산세를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 우수한 티타늄 판재의 산세방법.
