Claims (4)
- 진공침탄(저압침탄) 방법에 의해, 기계 구조용 강철부재를 오스테나이트 영역의 온도로 가열하여, 상기 부재의 표층부에, 공석(共析)탄소농도 이상의 탄소를 고용시킨 후, 상기 부재를 오스테나이트 영역의 온도로부터, A1 변태점 이하의 온도로 3∼15℃/초의 냉각속도로 담금질을 실시하여, 상기 부재의 표층부에 미세 탄화물 및/또는 상기 탄화물의 핵을 생성시키는 1차 처리와, 계속하여 상기 부재를 오스테나이트 영역의 온도까지 승온 및 균열(均熱)시킨 후, 급속 담금질을 실시하여 최표층부에 유효경화 깊이비로 10∼30%의 범위에, 미세 탄화물을 석출시키는 2차 처리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 침탄·저변형 담금질부재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 처리에 있어서, 부재의 표층부에 추가 침탄처리를 실시하는 상기 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 처리에 있어서, 상기 부재의 표층부에 미세 탄화물을 석출시키고, 상기 표층부에, 트루스타이트 및 잔류 오스테나이트 등의 혼합조직을 일부 포함한 마텐자이트를 주체로 하는 조직을 형성시키고, 상기 층의 최표층부(A부)와 A부보다 안쪽의 층부(B부)와 B부보다 안쪽의 층부(C부)의 각각의 오스 테나이트 결정입도의 미세함의 서열을 A≥C≥B로 하는 상기 부재의 제조방법.
- 표층부가 트루스타이트 및 잔류 오스테나이트 등의 혼합조직을 일부 포함한 마텐자이트를 주체로 하는 조직이며, 상기 층의 오스테나이트 결정입도의 미세함의 서열이, 최표층부(A부)와 A부보다 내부의 층(B부)과 B부보다 내부의 층(C부)에 있어서, A≥C≥B가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 침탄·저변형 담금질 부재.
