Claims (9)
- 열원 램프와, 이 열원 램프를 포위하는 동시에, 일단에 피가열 유체의 유입구를 갖고, 타단에 피가열 유체의 유출구를 갖는 유로관을 구비하는 유체 가열 장치로서,적어도 상기 열원 램프와 대향하는 유로관의 면에 복사광 흡수 도료가 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로관을 내약품성의 합성 수지로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유로관의 표면을 피복하는 열전도성 부재를 더 구비하는 동시에, 이 열전도성 부재 상에 상기 복사광 흡수 도료가 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유로관은 열원 램프의 동심원 상에 배열된 복수의 직선형 관의 군으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유로관은 열원 램프의 동심 원 상에 나선형의 관으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열원 램프 및 유로관을 포위하는 통형 용기를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 통형 용기의 내벽면에 배치되는 광 반사 부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 통형 용기 중에 불활성 가스를 공급하는 공급부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유로관 안을 흐르는 유체의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단과,상기 열원 램프의 발열량을 조정하는 전류 조정 수단과,상기 온도 검출 수단에 의해서 검출된 온도에 기초하여 상기 전류 조정 수단에 제어 신호를 전달하여 상기 유체의 온도를 제어하는 제어 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
