Claims (3)
- 전송 방향 제어 신호의 논리 레벨에 의해서 표시되는 방향으로 개시 펄스를 전송하는 시프트 레지스터 단위 회로를 복수단 구비한 쌍방향 시프트 레지스터로서,상기 시프트 레지스터 단위 회로는,클록 신호 및 이 클록 신호를 반전시킨 반전 클록 신호 중 한쪽에 동기하여 개시 펄스를 전송하는 제 1 트랜스퍼 게이트와,다른쪽에 동기하여 개시 펄스를 전송하는 제 2 트랜스퍼 게이트와,입력 신호를 반전하여 출력하는 제 1 논리 회로와,전송 방향 제어 신호의 논리 레벨에 따라 서로 배타적으로 유효가 되는 제 1 및 제 2 클록 동기형 인버터(clocked inverter)를 구비하고,상기 제 1 논리 회로의 출력단은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 클록 동기형 인버터의 입력단에 접속되고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 클록 동기형 인버터의 출력단은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜스퍼 게이트를 통해, 상기 제 1 논리 회로의 입력단에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 시프트 레지스터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리세트 신호를 출력하는 리세트 회로를 더 구비하고,상기 제 1 논리 회로는, 상기 제 1 또는 제 2 트랜스퍼 게이트로부터 출력된 신호와 상기 리세트 신호를 각각 반전시켜 논리곱을 연산하는 노어 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 시프트 레지스터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리세트 신호를 출력하는 리세트 회로를 더 구비하고,상기 제 1 논리 회로는, 상기 제 1 또는 제 2 트랜스퍼 게이트로부터 출력된 신호와 상기 리세트 신호를 각각 반전시켜 논리합을 연산하는 난드 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 시프트 레지스터.
